This afternoon I stopped by for a quick bite at my local Popeyes. Located at 3111 NE Pine Island Rd, Fort Myers, FL 33909
The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, probably because it’s was past the lunch hour rush. #Popeyes #Lunch
I noticed no matter what fast food place you go to, the employee’s customer service is hit and miss. I got to tell you todays encounter was by far not where it should have been.
Upon entering the establishment, I observed a single customer ahead of me, awaiting their order. During this time, the manager passed by me without acknowledging my presence. Furthermore, the individual who finally took my order did not offer any form of greeting or recognition.
While I was enjoying my meal, I observed the manager go outside to take the trash to the dumpster, on her way back she paused for a smoke break and check her cellphone. I noticed that after she finished, she re-enter the store and proceeded directly to her office and sat down, without washing her hands.
It’s a shame because I love Popeye’s chicken #shame #chicken
Today’s visit was subpar, but I did enjoy the chicken. Last but not least, whoever made my biscuit, that thing was hard as a hockey puck. #visit #chicken #biscuit #hockeypuck

I go to Popeyes often. I always get the same thing. 5 chicken tenders just chicken no sides no drink. It’s almost always $6-7 which I think is a great deal. I went to this Popeyes and I should have kept going. Completely empty on a Sunday was a red flag. I ordered and asked if they could get the skinnier tenders I like those better than the fat tenders.. ” yea….I’ll try”. I get to the window and I have my $7 ready. He says $12 and change. I get this all the time . I know how much it is. I questioned him if he put combo and he said no 5 tenders just chicken is $12 change. I debated if I was going to leave and just got off work so fine. He gives me change and doesn’t give me a receipt so I ask for it. On the receipt it just has one line that says 5 chicken for the ,$12 and change… Idk what he out but it isn’t correct. And to top it off $13 for 5 small tenders and one has almost all breading coming off!! Never again will I go to this Popeyes. I’ll keep going to lehigh or fort Myers or Cape.

Two years ago I stopped going there because chicken was always bad. Over cooked, old and inedible. Then i tried this year and was good, so I’ve gotten quite a bit since that was good. Last night there back to terrible. Got there 5 piece deal for $9.00 . You get 4wings and 1 breast lol. Cmon people! At least 2 breasts and 3 wings. Also the wings were hard as a rock. I tossed the wings, breast was ok. Ughhh!

We love this Popeyes! Chicken sandwiches, Tenders, fries are always amazing! The soda on the other hand can be hit or miss. The food at this location is always delicious, hot and fresh! Great Popeyes!

I’ve been going to this popeyes location since for roughly 10 years. i have never had cause for complain especially not with the food. just went today to enjoy some chicken and the man at the drive-thru window was just about the sweetest soul ive ever had the honor of speaking to. i don’t know what his name was or who he is to be honest, but that man made my day. Also good came out quick.

I ordered 2 spicy breasts. This chicken is so dried out I can use as a toothpick! You can taste the staleness in the mashed with gravy. The only decent thing I got with this $13 no combo just 2 pieces of very dry chicken and stale potatoes was the soft biscuit. The only edible thing. I thought the Popeyes in fort Myers was bad- this place is worse! It is just disgusting and going in the garbage. No more Popeyes. The kid behind the counter was really nice but doesn’t pay attention and I had to repeat the order 3x.
FYI- restaurants keep the dining area cold so your food seems hotter than it really is. This keeps ppl from complaining about the foods temp.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Never Again!
I will never be returning to Popeyes at 3111 Pine Island Rd, Cape Coral, Store #7200. This is the third time I’ve had a completely terrible experience at this location, and it’s the last straw.
I ordered through the app for pickup at 7:45 PM on August 9th. I arrived at 8:10 PM to pick up my order, and as soon as I opened the bag, I realized an apple pie I had already paid for was missing. They told me I’d have to wait another 7 minutes for it, or choose something else.
Are you kidding me? Why would you seal the bag claiming everything is 100% accurate when you KNOW you’re short on items? If the order was prepaid and you know how many pies you need, there’s absolutely no excuse for this. The incompetence at this location is unreal.
This is it. Three strikes, and I’m done. I’ve had enough of missing items, wrong orders, and just overall terrible service. It’s clear that the people running this store have zero attention to detail and no concept of customer service. What a joke.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place unless you enjoy getting ripped off and frustrated. This place is a total disaster.

Service was quick, chicken breading had absolutely NO Flavor, was like they didn’t season the chicken, BLAND. The biscuits weren’t even buttery good tasting. This one has gone down hill for sure.

Really enjoyed the spicy chicken. Came out piping hot. But $10.49 for the 2 piece meal? Spent $21 for two people? Just seemed kind of expensive to me. Anyways, it was good although the coleslaw was mediocre. While I was there, the cutest little boy came in with his grandma. He looked like a little Barack Obama. Hummm, do you think it’s Barack Obama’s love child? : ) As you can see, this child was so cute. And looked just like him.
