I want to thank you for having the most friendliest welcoming employees ever. This is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every single time I come here, I’m greeted with smiles and genuine kindness. The team truly goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and taken care of. I want to thank Delfino, Phil, Adriana, and Maggie as well as all the others. They truly care about the customers and about doing a great job. They are always moving fast, working hard, and even taking food outside in all kinds of weather with a positive attitude. They are the nicest, most friendliest employees I’ve ever met anywhere. Every time I go in they always make my day better. Thank you for having such amazing employees who clearly care about people. This team sets the standard for what great customer service should be. I ordered a Big Mac and found a hair inside the burger. Absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t even finish my food. I tried calling the location and got no answer, which makes the whole situation even worse. This is unacceptable for a place that handles food. I expect better cleanliness and customer service.

So this morning I went to another McDonald’s, just trying to grab my usual large water. They told me they “had no water because the machine was broken.” Like… be for real. I left confused, annoyed, and thirsty as hell.
Then I pulled up to this McDonald’s — and they not only had water, but they actually explained what really happened. Turns out the other location didn’t wanna “waste” their precious Monopoly cups on water.
The crew here not only explained the situation but handed me two medium waters without hesitation. They were polite, funny, and actually knew how to treat people like people.
Big shoutout to this team for using common sense and keeping it classy. Y’all deserve all five stars — and maybe a Monopoly prize of your own.
Sidenote: I’m honestly glad they explained the whole Monopoly situation, because now I’m kinda hyped to play. I plan on having lunch here more often just so I can collect those game pieces.

Ordered a simple meal through the app, arrived at window 15 min later, order still wasn’t ready. They had me pull off to the side, waited another 5 min for my food while I watched about 10 other cars get their food and go. And they gave me diet coke instead of regular that I ordered.

Placed an order online Just to have to wait 35 minutes for the order the food was really cold when I got it and there was no sauce in the bag after having to drive away 10 minutes into driving I had to turn around to go get the sauce for my daughter‘s happy meal never coming back here again I will definitely be getting my money back.

I used the curbside pickup with the kids and parked in the lot to eat. Service was fast. And even had a caddy with extra straws etc. With him when delivering our food. A very kind individual delivered our food with a smile. I also am very intentional with what I eat and was able to order a dbl hamburger with no bun, essentially using the burger as my bun with all the toppings in the middle.
