Worse Mcdonald’s ever. I tried not to put any bad review, but I would strongly recommend going to another McDonald’s. I have had over 4times where they forgot some part of the meal. Today is much worse. I have a whole piece of eggshell in the sandwich.
When I call to ask for assistance, I got screamed at for every time I speak the Mcdonalds associate wasnt able to hear me clearly. Then she hang up.

Horrible customer service, No hello, No thank you. Kid on 2nd window handed me the food & slammed window. No napkins, no straw, I sat there waiting for napkins and BBQ sauce. Teach your employees customer service skills and to greet the customer. Will not be returning…

The food is good when they remember to place everything in the bag. Please double check your order before you leave. If you use door dash at this location they are known for not handing all the bags to the driver leaving you with half of your food order. This location wants you to place your orders on kiosks and not have to deal with real people so all employees are hiding in the back. You could wait 10 minutes to speak to someone at this location. When I have issues where I did not get all my food the managers here are not very willing to help resolve the issue. Lots of attitude and hesitation.

So I actually liked going to this McDonald’s but not anymore. I ask for extra sauce all the time and they never give it to me but they surely make it they mission to charge me .40 cent everytime and the lady who is at the counter she acts like she doesn’t wanna give it or act like someone is lying. Try to make people food how they ask and not always rushing.

I visited this establishment tonight, after leaving work…

Long story short, I ordered a plain fish (no tartar or cheese), fresh, and 2 apple pies. When I get to the second window to receive my food, the Hispanic lady with the blue shirt on, and hair pulled back into a ponytail said, “I don’t know if they told you but we don’t have any more apple pies. We’ll have to make some more. I’m not sure if you want to wait, but it’ll take 12 minutes to make some more.”

I said, “yeah, ok. I’ll wait.” She said pull up to the next window. About 7 minutes later, another young lady, Hispanic with curly hair, comes to the window. Her hair was down and she either had a ponytail at the top, or a headset on, but most of her hair was down.

She opened the window. I had to back up since I pulled up too far (expecting them to come outside to bring me the food.)

Anyway, she had a “fake professional” smile. I said, excitedly, “thank you!” She placed the bag on my left hand, turned, did NOT say anything, and the window closed. Not responding, and her behavior, was off-putting and left an awful first impression of the business and their levels of service.

I drove down the street and got on the expressway.

Long story short, I noticed the first pie had a “enjoy by 10:22pm” sticker on it; perplexing. According to my receipt, the order was placed at 9:06pm. Both pies were cold. If one was cold, then I probably would’ve kept going but since both were cold, I returned to the McDonalds for a refund of the pies.

The manager did a good job of staying professional and hearing me out.

I’m not understanding why I was told fresh pies would be made, only to be handed cold, stale pies. This was my first and last time visiting this McDonalds. I’m never returning here. The service was NOT good, and the food wasn’t great either. The sandwich was just ok…

I don’t understand why some people think customers want cold food, when they’re not a deli.

This establishment operates very well throughout all hours of the day. Drive-thru always moves quick and my orders have not been incorrect. The interior dining room is well kept, however you must order via kiosk. There is one register for manual ordering however no digital menu screens.

Extremely rude, I was waiting for my order in the curbside pick up for over 20 minutes. When I went to the door they were close. This was not a late time by the way. All the workers sitting down gestured around the corner. I went knocked again and a man stated at me and pointed to the drive through. I called and they said it was coming out. Such terrible service. I’ll be calling hire ups in this.

WOWSERS!! Unreal how cool this experience was and felt like the DisneyWorld of McDonalds locations! So blessed to have here in Bolingbrook. We waited about 40 minutes total and the line moved fast! The service was great and eats were splendid and magically delicious!! We highly recommend trying this spot with your friends and family for a joy ride out!!!

There’s no menu boards inside, and the people working there do their best to ignore customers lining up in front of the “display” register. That whole area is designed to shield customers from the back of house.

This also makes it much more difficult to get refills on drinks, which must be how they want it. The customer accessible fountain dispenser inside was taken away.

Drive through is mostly OK. When it is flowing, it’s good. When it backs up, for whatever reason, it’s bad.

Similar changes/ experiences at other McDonald’s locations as far as going inside is concerned. Which isn’t great when your vehicle doesn’t fit in the drive through and have to go inside.
