Absolutely awful experience every single time. They are always out of fried, macn cheese, mashed potatoes, always waiting on chicken stripe and sandwiches to be cooked, staffed but not trained well enough. Im tired of having an awful experience. Forgetting sauces, shorting on food and poor cleanliness behind counter. Will never spend my business here. Do not eat here unless you enjoy awful things.

Haven’t been to this location in over 5yrs so I decided to try the drive through. The first words that came out of my mouth is i want two number 5’s. We finished the order I say the I need 1 coke and 1 fanta she’s like oh you want two meals. I then drive off and come inside make the same order. Now the #5 is a tender meal I requested bbq sauce for both i get back to work I have no sauce. I didn’t even bother to call I can see from this point forward im saying no to all fast food seems like every place has a simple issue they need to fix but just cant
So I got a reply from the manager and if I could move the stars to ZERO I would this is what he/she said
“Hi Mike, I’m really sorry to hear about your recent experience at Popeyes. It sounds like there were several misunderstandings with your order, and I recognize how frustrating that can be. We always aim to provide accurate and quality service, and it’s disappointing to hear we didn’t meet that standard for you. Your feedback is important, and we will be addressing these concerns to improve our service in the future”.
They said that their was numerous misunderstandings on whos part because after the first one I came inside in person made the same order, they also said they didn’t meet my standard, my standard is get the order correct the first time. Then the other part is that this apology sounds just like the rest with one stars. YOU STILL NOT GETTING MY MONEY!!!!

I ordered on the app a combo bundle you could pick 3 proteins and 2 sides, i chose 2, 3 piece tenders and a chicken sandwich and 2 fries i also had to pay for ranch because it didn’t come with it. when i got to the speaker it took someone 20 minutes to say anything, then said order for who and i said my name when i got up to the window they said order for who again and i said my name again. i got my food went home and i looked in the bag and i got my 2 fries, chicken sandwich and i didn’t get my 6 tenders i just got 2 and i also didnt get my ranch. i then tried to call up there and no one answered and it hung up on me. i am very disappointed and i will not be coming back, i spent 30 dollars on 2 tenders, 2 fries and a chicken sandwich and a sauce i didnt even get.

I ordered online there were no other customers at the location when I arrived yet I still had to go back through the drive-through to get silverware and napkins. The tea was hot supposed to be iced tea, but it was still very good the mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuit and mac & cheese were the best fast food sides I’ve had in a long time. Chicken was juicy. Just not very flavorful lady at the drive-through could’ve smiled or said thank you come again something but I’ll definitely be coming back for the sides and the biscuit if nothing else.

It takes very little effort to push the button and say,” Welcome to Popeyes, we’ll be right with you,” and it makes a huge difference in how we as customers feel. Next, my food was old. Finally, A General Manager should exemplify the highest standards of courtesy and problem-solving. This GM’s conduct was not just poor service; it was frankly insulting. It’s a shame when the person in charge seems to have the least amount of respect for the people keeping their business running. Their attitude suggests they believe the company’s success is despite the customers, not because of them.
If the leadership sets this kind of tone, it’s no wonder if the rest of the staff struggle. I won’t be returning, and it’s solely due to the GM’s astonishing lack of professionalism. Seriously, if your job title includes “Manager,” you might want to consider managing your temper and your manners first.

The first time I came they had one girl working by herself while her coworkers were making a TikTok in the back and couldn’t bother to come help her. The line was 7+ in the lobby and yet what seemed to be a manager of some kind walked out grabbed the tickets moved them around and walked back to the back out of sight and never came back up there. The second time I came we walked inside when a man who looked at us like we were in the wrong for existing told us after we stood there for a minute that the lobby was closed in the most irritated tone. While he then continued his conversation with a lady who did not have food. He could have politely said the inside was closed or maybe locked the lobby door?? We then placed online orders and continued to the drive through because I had two other people with me. When we came to the drive through we sat for at least 5 minutes with no service before a girl answered , when I told her we had three mobile orders she started dying laughing. Don’t know what’s funny but okay.. she then proceeded to tell us to pull to the back.. We assumed the window where she tried to hand us someone else’s order and then told us no pull around to the back door.. okay..Why are we pulling to the back door of popeyes like this is a drug deal.. We waited in the back of the restaurant for WAY over 40 minutes… He brought our food out and my chicken sandwich was also not in the bag to which he proceeded to tell me that they were out so he just didn’t give me anything in return or any offer to return the money.. my friend asked if there was anything I could get instead. I don’t think I have ever met a work crew this unbelievable just lacking in common sense.. He went inside and said they were out of everything but they had straight chicken. I said okay could I have that he said okay how many.. WHY would I know whatever is the equivalent to my sandwich I guess.. He then asked how I had three orders to pick up.. to which i replied because we ordered online and there’s three of us.. he brought me a box of random chicken pieces back. Whatever. We finished checking our food to find out that everything was lukewarm.. almost room temp.This is so unprofessional.. I don’t even leave reviews but this place needs a change maybe a whole new crew.
