Traveling down to New York City, we stopped for lunch and found this amazing spot! It was convenient, had a decent atmosphere, and the food tasted so fresh. We tried the curry and wonton soup — both were delicious — and the purple sweet potato and coconut boba tea was the perfect treat. Came here at the recommendation of a friend. His favorite dish is the Kaliubon Ramen so we got that and the chicken poke. Both delish. Service was good and the food came out quickly. Would definitely come back.

A great little Connecticut hidden gem. A delicious Ramen restaurant in Wethersfield CT. Make sure to get the spicy edamame, they are super fresh, served hot and have a wonderful garlic spicy kick to them. The Kaliubon Ramen was OK, but the curry Ramen really steals the show! A ton of savory flavors with delicious hand, pulled noodles. All served piping hot, and at a great price. This is a must visit spot for date nights in Connecticut.

Finally rating the Kalibu location in Wethersfield after dining in a few times and ordering out several more times.
I will say this place is consistent and I’ve never had a bad meal. Considering all the different Ramen places in the area, I would say that this location in particular is one of my favorite. I love that they have a wonton Ramen option, as well as their angry wontons (Clearly give me all the wontons). But I also love their edamame as simple as it is. I love the spice on it. I appreciate their Goma cucumber salad, and the fact that this location has a bar for some sake and another cocktails and they even have Boba tea.
Every time we do dine in the service is pleasant and efficient. It’s become a rainy day spot for us, but we appreciate the team so much absolutely recommend visiting or ordering out when you can.

This is a great little hole in the wall with good food and great service. I really enjoyed the slightly spicy freshly cooked Korean Wings, fresh and comforting salmon poke bowl, and sweet brown sugar dango for supper on a sweltering summer evening. It hit the spot and left me satisfied. The servers were attentive and helpful throughout. Thank you!

The ramen is delicious! We came in on a busy Friday night and got seated and served fast! Spring rolls and Pork Bao made for scrumptious appetizers. The Kaliubon Ramen was nutty and creamy with just a little heat. Service was great without going overboard. Prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was straightforward; eat at tables or “sushi bar” style. Definitely coming back again soon.

We got a take-out meal from Kaliubon last night for dinner. We had never ordered from a Ramen restaurant and it was a very good experience. We had bowls of Tokyo Chicken Ramen, Beef Ramen, and Kaliubon Ramen. We also had Pork Bao Buns and Korean Sweet and Spicy Wings. We really liked everything we had. And one of the nicer touches is that the broth for the Ramen bowls was served in separate containers that we poured over the dry ingredients when we were home. We will definitely add this restaurant into our rotation.

Yes! This place is legit. Enjoyed the best pork bao I have had since my CA days, and the veggie ramen is perfectly sumptuous with the right amounts of noodle vegg umami and fat. Will be back to try their pike bowls.
