TASTE (7.5/10): Chicken burritos were hit or miss. The cheaper one (possibly enchilada-style) wasn’t great, but the $5+ burrito was quite satisfying. The ground meat texture wasn’t my favorite, but it’s pretty typical for Mexican-style burritos. The sauces were surprisingly good, definitely a highlight.
PRICE (9/10): Very affordable. A solid choice when you’re hungry and watching your wallet.
SERVICE (8.5/10): The self-service system was smooth and informative, better than McDonald’s. Ordering was quick, and the way they called out initials was efficient.
ATTITUDE (7/10): Minimal human interaction, but the system worked well.
PLACE (8/10): Not crowded, and there was parking available. Clean and orderly environment. Nothing fancy, but functional.
CLEANLINESS (8/10): Everything looked clean and maintained. No complaints here.
ADDITIONAL FEES / HIDDEN COSTS (10/10): None. Straightforward pricing.
OVERALL IMPRESSION: Cheap, filling, and efficient. If only the meat texture were more to your taste, it could’ve scored even higher.

My girlfriend has GERD, with a very strict diet. She asked for sour cream, pico/tomatos and guac on the side, as well as all sauces. The receipt said “all sauces on side” yet when she opened her bowl it was drenched in sauce and tomatoes (her number one trigger) were still in there. This caused her to throw up her entire stomach, very disappointed, not returning, telling everyone i know to go to the taco bell in fair oaks mall instead.

Extremely rude customer service, including from the manager. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes for my online order with no updates. When I went through the drive-thru to ask about it, they threatened to call the police if I didn’t cancel my order and leave the line. Completely unacceptable experience.

Unfortunately, this is the closest location to my house. I’ve waited in their drive thru line for 40+ minutes more than a couple times. Its also not uncommon to wait at the drive thru speaker for three to five minutes before they actually take your oder. Not to mention the chaos every time I try to pick up an order inside. Workers are usually unkind or snappy, food is commonly low quality. The tacos you get compared to what is advertised is laughable. See photos. Metro tech location exceeds this one by far /:
New update: They make their employees stand outside on 97 degree days to take orders for NO REASON. Nobody signs up for that?!?!

It was always an exquisite dining experience when I settled on this fine establishment for a late night cheesy treat. Each taco was assembled with skilled craftsmanship. I could taste patience and love in each delicious bite. My soul became a little more Mexican that day. I shall forever remember you might Taco Bell!

At this location of Taco Bell the lines, and wait times in the drive through (even when you are the only one waiting at the window) have become long. The prices have gone up as well. Decent vegetarian options and the app gives some rewards too!

Do NOT order pickup from this location. I placed an online order and had to wait almost 10 minutes in-store AFTER it was ready. The staff ignored when I tried to get their attention and get my food. I’d understand if they were busy but the dining area and drive thru were mostly empty at the time.
