Feb 22,2025 1:43p came thru the Drive-thru. This was the worst food I have ever gotten here. Order the Chicken Club Toaster and the Chicken breast was like warm bacon from breakfast and just say the lettuce and tomatoes just put on the Sandwich. The Tater Tots were not done and half filled supposedly it’s a large but gave me medium. Only thing that was worth my money was the Route 44 drink I had. It will be my LAST TIME COMING HERE. FOOD SUCKS BALLS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES TOO. WISH I COULD TAKE A PIC AND POST THIS TRASH. PEOPLE PAY TOO MUCH MONEY FOR FOOD THAT THEY CAN’T EVEN EAT. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!

Title: Crummy Manager
The manager feels he is above the rules and regulations stipulated in the purpose of being in charge of this fractionalized portion of a business. He thinks being a manager gives him the right to act like he is above what operating a successful franchise is all about – “THE CUSTOMER!”
Issue:
We received one wrong item in our order after spending over $32. I drove back to Sonic at 2537 Bemis Road Valdosta, Georgia 31602 to resolve the issue by explaining the mix up and pay the difference to correct the error. I asked for assistance and received non from the manager. I then asked for the Corporate phone number for complaints and was told by a worker “they are a franchise with NO ONE OVER THEM!” I explained to that worker EVERY business has someone over them even if you call Sunbiz.org or the IRS. Somebody has to answer for their wrongs. Education is ALWAYS the key so I was told. Business owners have NO accountability anymore! I feel we both were at fault, but the manager feels I was at 100% fault. That’s a flat out misconception of customer service. I ended up paying for a whole new meal (the first meal included TWO chili cheese dogs not one) to correct the difference of $2.00 (we were given chicken nuggets in place of a double smash burger). NOW, I am waiting on my refund for the first meal to go back to my bank.
SAD:
This so called manager judges ALL of his customers the same! He believes we all trying to get over. Get over on what? THIS Sonic establishment? Really? When a person can pay twice plus $2.00 more the second time THEY CAN AFFORD THE FOOD ORDERED! Management education 101.
UPDATE:
I Googled Sonic Corporation and was definitely informed that these statements DO KOT coincide with Sonic Corporation customer service. The manager was not completely honest about Sonic Corporation caring how they treat their customers.

Do not order!!!

I am extremely disappointed and concerned about a recent order placed through the Sonic app. We specifically ordered the Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger, and while the order was prepared relatively well, the food itself was severely undercooked. The pork in the burger was raw, which is not just unacceptable but a serious food safety hazard.

Serving undercooked meat poses a significant health risk, and it is shocking that such a mistake was made. This level of negligence is entirely unacceptable.

I paid extra on my bill due to an error on their end and was promised a reimbursement. After waiting and reaching out, I still never received my money back. The lack of accountability and follow-through shows poor management. I won’t be returning to the Sonics on bemiss.

Be careful—this sonic charged extra fees due to them “not receiving the payment” even thought I showed them where the payment took out on my bank statements and failed to reimburse as promised. Management did not provide a solution, instead telling me that they couldn’t because it’s a new year. Will never eat here again or any other sonic because of this issue.

The drive thru line moved very quickly and the food was made fresh and was ready right after I pulled up to the window. Getting in and out of the area is pretty simple. The staff was friendly in good spirits even with the cold weather. Be sure to try the Tator tots, they were done perfectly.

Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? This does not look like a breakfast burrito. It looks like sausage, egg and cheese taken off of a biscuit and slapped in a burrito wrap. A piece of sausage cut in half with square eggs and a hint of cheese. Do better!!!!

Home Paradise Improvements
The staff was courteous and friendly. Food was spot on. The place from my view was clean and well taken care of. There was no trash, old food, or anything else in the parking lot or drive-through. The staff was properly dressed and maintained. I recommend you check theses guys out.
