Edited to add: Joy and Middlebelt location charged us $14 for the same exact items. Definitely making the extra half mile trip from now on. And they were fast and courteous. Also- Their biggie bags are less money as well!

Just left here with no food. I ordered 2 Jr cheeseburgers solo, 10 PC nugget solo and a $5 bag. They wanted to charge $24.14. For some of the smallest and simplest items on the menu. Crazy! I repeated my order at the window twice just to double check the prices. Insanity. I don’t care how much your remodel was. Charging almost $25 for 2 cheap kids burgers (not a combo), 10 nuggets (not a conbo), 1 Jr bacon and tiny fry(new $5 bag that actually reduced its size by 2 items) is criminal. I just politely declined and pulled away. Won’t be shocked when they close for good.

Was in the area and in a rush. I didn’t have time to make me something to eat, so I stopped at this Wendy’s location. I had a very great experience. Everyone was, soooooooooo nice. It kinda caught me off guard because usually people are not real friendly in the fast food industry. Manager Jesse and crew member Yvette was top tier. I mean by far the best fast food experience I had in a long time. You two guys ROCK and are AWESOME. Thank you for the experience and appreciate you both. ✨

Went through drive through 1/7/26 evening. Repeated myself numerous of times. I wanted a “bacon double stack buggy bag for 8 dollars” medium meal

She says “Okay” I assume she understood and place the order.
Handed her $8 dollars at the window
She handed me just a burger
No disrespect after correcting her mistake, they still gave me the wrong size meal and the burger wasn’t fresh because my bun was stale, fries was aslo too salty and not fresh because when open the bag it was soggy. This location needs to communicate, listen more closely and repeat the order.

This Wendy’s was recently remodeled and the service has good and bad days. On good days, no issues. But in recent trips, the service has been very poor. No one acknowledging a pull up to the drive through for minutes… Advertised as open until 1am but actually closed after 12pm… Long wait times after ordering. Today it took 31 mins to get one 4 piece chicken strip meal!

The night crew tonight was amazing, I forget the gentlemen’s name in the drive thru but he was very friendly and speedy. Fresh tenders and fries everything was great. Thank you for your hard work! This location is doing great!

It was trash before they remodeled. Service was better right after they remodeled but went downhill fast. They take forever to acknowledge you at the drive thru. I’m sitting at the order speaker now writing this…

Apparently understaffed (who isn’t?) at 12:30 pm on a Wednesday. Drive-thru is full, no surprise, and the two other guests in front of me are still waiting on their orders 5 minutes after I walked in. I hadn’t placed mine yet either. After two more minutes, one order came out, the other – 8 combo meals – canceled and walked out. Then I actually got my order in, 9 minutes after entering.
While waiting on my order I noticed the institutional feel of the place. The line of people waiting to order, the line waiting on their food, the glazed looks on the staff members faces. Flashbacks to elementary school lunch room.
And the floor is noticeably sticky, my shoes resisting ever upward pull.
I had hoped for a quick, cheap meal. It was cheap but I forgot fast-food isn’t fast. A full 20 minutes from entry to food in hand. On top of all that, my food was barely above room temperature. Oy vey.
