Food is amazing, delicious, and authetic. Huge portions of rice and beans, but not enough meat for the price. The location forces you to look at the menu on your phone because all the monitors on the walls were not working. Everything served to go whether you eat there or not.

Second time at this Haitian Restaurant. The place was clean. The bathroom was very clean. Even had hot water to wash my hands. The young man who took my order was friendly. The young lady who gave me my food at the pick up station was very friendly as well. She also opened every food container to show me my order to make sure that the order was as I ordered, and it was. Very friendly staff. The food was delicious. It’s very usual for Island food to be a bit high in Salt, but the food here was on point. Not too strong on the seasoning, but it was full of flavor. Prices are OK. My mom is not easy to please as she is a great cook herself and she gave it thumbs up . Highly recommended. Thank you very much for checking in. Have a blessed day.

very upset about my order I called the first time stating can I get my plantain crispy and more fat didnt get it that way i got the opposite rice was over cook,meat was all hard (no fat)and some of my plantain was undercooked.The lady that pick up said yes but didnt ask for my name then quickly hung up. I called again making sure she got the information with my name so she know what order is requesting because in the addition description it said call restaurant not taking request you must called to make a request .Im following the directions for what is being ask to do but not getting what Im asking to be done.What is crazy to me im a paying customer I spoke there native tounge so there wasn’t any miss understanding.

This restaurant has been part of this community a while now, renovated few years ago. It gets busy and service can be delayed but they serve delicious food. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner. Well seasoned and tasty foods. Customer service is okay, a hit or missed at times. There’s recently a food truck servicing in the parking lot serving special menu items such as the plantain sandwich, not their usual menu items. We’ve tried it and It was pretty good. Our fav is the tasso cabrit, a combination of fried goat with rice and peas, the meal includes a side of plantains and pikliz. Normally, we do not order tasso out except for a few restaurants, and this is definitely one of the spots as they’re pretty good with this dish. We’ve tried many of their dishes and they’re all enjoyable. Also, the fritay, a combination of deep fried fritters is also pretty good. Parking space can be limited as this is an extremely busy plaza shared with other near by big-box retailer like Walmart. We have not had a dine-in experience at this location pre/post renovation but we’ve had plenty of takeouts.

Visit 9/8/19 the only thing that has change is the interior/furniture/decor, same bad customer service inside. They don’t know what they are doing and don’t care to improve. The girls in the front all need to be replaced, you guys are loosing business. Two different girls took my order and both forgot to include a full meal, they need to stop speaking amongst themselves. The tall guy working at the food window was able to take care of us, Thank you.
What is the point of calling in your order waiting an additional 15 pass when they told you your food to be ready and getting their and they dont have nothing ready. Having to place your order again; like you didnt speak to anyone at this restaurant. You guys are loosing business i ordered 4 plates of complete meal. Make your customers service and phone etiquette better. I ordered at 8:33pm, arrived at 9:15pm, didnt get food until 9:45pm.

I came here and I got a lalo and a pate kode.. first of all he had the audacity to ask me if I want to add eggs for $2 extra.. what kind of place charges for eggs? All the other places I go to already have eggs including.Then when I got my receipt I look and the lalo is $30!!!! Then I told him why didn’t tell me the price and he’s arguing back and forth with me saying yes he did but if he did I wouldn’t never got it. Then I ask for a refund since I just ordered and they haven’t made the order. He says no. I’m currently disputing the charge with my bank because that’s ridiculous.

The food is OK, however the service is really bad; after having ordered a Tassot from them which I paid close to $40.00 for including extra plantain. I was given a lot bones no meat. I called the manager Irene she never picked up and another employee hung up the phone on me. I have never experienced such poor Customer service. I found the employees to be super rude and unprofessional. I would not advise anyone to buy anything from them.
