This place always takes a prolonged time to serve food to be a fast food restaurant it totally doesn’t meet the standards for that title. This is a continuous and ongoing problem they always have had. The treatment is great and the food tipical BK.

*Disappointing Experience at Burger King – 1/5 Stars*
I recently visited the Burger King location near me, expecting a quick and satisfying meal. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by slow service, poor food quality, and unprofessional staff.
I ordered the Impossible Burger and a side of fries, but was left waiting for an unacceptable 27 minutes, despite a relatively short line. When I finally received my food, I was dismayed by the appearance and quality of the items.
The fries looked old and burnt, lacking the crispy freshness I’ve come to expect from Burger King. The Impossible Burger was similarly disappointing, with a haphazard assembly and presentation that suggested it had been thrown together in a rush.
To make matters worse, the cashier failed to apologize for the delay or show any semblance of professionalism. It was clear that the staff were not prioritizing customer satisfaction, with one employee focusing on cleaning tasks while customers waited.
Overall, my experience at Burger King was a letdown. While I’ve had better experiences at this chain in the past, this visit fell short in terms of service, quality, and value. Until they can improve their staff training and focus on customer satisfaction, I would not recommend this location.

Just like everybody else here. Minus the bot comments of course. There’s nothing fast about this place. You will be waiting at minimum 20 minutes on average 35 minutes just for fast food They don’t care about people that are inside or in the drive-thru. All they care about is online orders. They will put everything on the back burner just to get to go orders done.

Food is good, but some employees really don’t belong in a customer service position. Each time I place an online order through the app, I have to wait when it should have been ready by the time I arrive. The last visit was the worst. The female preparing orders wouldn’t even face me. She said my order wasn’t ready with her back to me. Then she asked me for my name again, and it probably was ready since the burger was luke warm. Hands me the bag once again without facing me, then gets the other 2 items once again with a bad attitude. I guess the younger generation still doesn’t know how to try to have a pleasant demeanor, especially while doing their job.

Brand new Burger King building in Lehigh Acres! Very nicely done. Big parking and drive through. Interior is nicely done. I loved their flame broiled burger! Had lots of green and tomatoes on it. Preferable to McDonalds, in my opinion.

I enjoyed the fact a human takes your order, no kiosk! Food took a littlw while to get due to 2 large orders in front of us. But food was good and hot!

The food itself is usually always fine. The issues come into play when ordering food and employees completely ignore you inside the store and make you wait up to 20 minutes to order when no one is in line. The best part is when going through the drive though though, they will not let you drive up to the window instead they are sending employees out to the vehicles to collect your payment, like employees running around the building to collect payment. Photo added is of where they told me to stop because they don’t want you driving up to the window, the reason why is probably because you can literally watch them play on there phones and joke with each other instead of taking care of their customers. I’ve complained in store about their customer service and was told a re-train was going to happen. Does not look like the employees there were trained at all in any customer service setting.

We I pulled up to the ordering speaker and was greeted Maria she was professional and fun. Although there was a truck at the window in front of the rest of us who seemed to have ordered the entire menu. She took it upon herself to hand deliver the rest of us our orders one at a time so we didn’t have to wait. She was fast as she was in and out of the building. When she got to my truck she greeted us, asked for our payment method and then asked us if we would like to have Burger King crowns. Keep in mind that my wife and I are pushing 50 years old lol. Anyway, we were blown away by her kindness and charisma. She really loves her job and it’s good to see someone who really cares about making our experience fun and fast. Great job Maria at Burger King in Lehigh acres!

The slowest drive thru in the country. I’ve been here 5 times in the last year and EACH time I am in line waiting for 30min plus. Never coming back
