I hadn’t planned on going for dinner, but it was on the way. When we went in, a very attentive waitress greeted us. I ordered a dish that was just okay, and my wife ordered a waffle that was delicious. When we left, we saw a collage of photos and realized it was the Waffle House where Trevor Lawrence goes. Now I understand why the waitress is so happy at work.

I’m not saying this should be your top breakfast spot, but it is worth going to for nostalgia every once in a while. The waffles and hash browns are no frills, it’s just simple. The staff were really nice and the experience met my expectations. Don’t overlook this house of waffles.

Father’s Day at Waffle House. Came early at 8 and had no trouble finding tables together. Had a delightful time! Strawberry shortcake waffle was colorful, crunchy, and summery! Staff was so happy and helpful. Our food came out quickly exactly as ordered. Check out the fun pic of Trevor Lawrence on the fan bulletin board on the way in. Great time!

Today is April 13th, 2025. Today was a great great experience. I ordered everything i wanted today because I was really hungry. Eggs, chocolate chip waffle, hash browns, grits, toastand sausage patties. All the food was delicious like always. TIFFANY! Tiffany was out waitress. From what it seemed, she was doing 2-3 people’s worth of jobs. She was everywhere. During the visit, I discovered it was her birthday. O-Boy! It was on. When I went to the counter to pay, she was also the one to ring me up. I paid, took 1 step back, and at the top of my lungs, I spoke over the multiple conversations “HEY EVERYBODY, TODAY IS TIFFANY’S BIRTHDAY, COULD YOU ALL HELP ME SING HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO HER”. And in a moment of humanity, we all sung to her happy birthday. It was awesome. As I was walking out of the did, I ended it off with “And tip your waitresses!”.

Genuinely the best Waffle House I’ve ever been to. The food was immaculate, as always. The staff were incredibly friendly and upbeat, even for a Sunday morning. Sid was especially great. So funny and welcoming. Definitely a go-to spot for me.

I had not been to a Waffle House in decades. There’s one that’s just down the street from me and I never seen to think about going there. Well… I was in the mood for some breakfast food and I decided to go today. I was basically the only customer in there. But the two young ladies were very kind and very nice. They were enjoyable to talk to. They were very helpful in getting my order ready for me. What made me a little disappointed, was to see most of all the prices were higher than Denny’s and some of Ihops. So I realized… Inflationhad taken over. But what really irks me is that I ordered a meal for $14.25 with the add-ons. But I noticed my total was over $17. Well… I get told that I have a $1.43 service fee and I have a $1.43 to go fee. Service fee? For what? I’m being charged to have the food prepared, so I can take it out. Then I’m charged a to-go fee on top of that? I figured you guys can use that money and pay their tips for me. I enjoyed the food. It wasn’t too bad. Howver, just expect you’re going to get a service fee and a to go fee, if you don’t want to eat it there. I’m too busy and I can’t always stay and eat my food. But I would rather drive the extra miles and have a decent priced meal without two extra fees for serving me. That’s a deal-breaker for me.

Honestly, the best Waffle House we had been in. Great services, a lot of food, even we order by mistake wrong plate and it was replaced without question. It is awesome to see business oriented to satisfy client. It is located in Jacksonville beach, by beach blvd.

Listen I’m all about customer service and this older lady with the hot pink hand made headscarf look like a pot holder on her head has very poor customer service. We was a large group and she threw the silverware at them when they requested plastic silverware. Sometimes u have to walk away if you are filling stress. I am always willing to wait on great service but this was so disappointed and had me overwhelmed. The manager was very respectful and understanding I was upset cause I live in jacksonville and we stayed at the beach a few nights and the last morning they wanted waffle house. And the outcome was not great that we had to walkout with out eating after waiting over 30 minutes. Serving people isn’t for everyone. This lady here is very disrespectful and rude this could have went left I’m telling you.
