You cannot tell me that this black mass of charred remnants looks like a palatable grilled cheese burrito. Despite that, this is what I got on my doordash order moments ago. I have worked at taco bell before, maybe follow the damn timers on the grill like everyone else does. Lazy.

This place absolutely sucks. Easily one of the worst taco bells ive been too. Everything they manage to mess my order up. This time I order 3 things and no cars in the drive thru and didnt get me my $6 nachos. It was 12am and dont really feel like going back and now I got a pissed off girlfriend. This taco bell has been my home base for since I was a wee lad I grew up around this one. Don’t get me wrong with all the new updates and changes this one still rocks. Yes it has its moments when it may be super busy and it may take awhile or they may mess up but the ladies there every morning that I go never cease to amaze me making my order perfect Everytime. They open at 8. We just sat in the drive through at the menu for 5 minutes with ZERO other cars and nothing. Went around to go inside. As we park the girl inside LITERALLY RUNS to the door and locks it and runs to the back!!!

Went through the drive through and the girl cut us off before we could order out next box. Mind you we only ordered the Catina chicken box and a side of potatoes that’s it before she cut us off. Whoever was at the drive through taking orders should be in a different position besides the drive through because what crap service. Do better

I have to admit. I’m disappointed. I went through the drive thru at 11:00am. I was the only person in line.
The food that I brought home was less than desirable. I had a 5 minute drive home.
I ordered a chili cheese burrito and what I got was a tortilla rolled up with barely a smudge of the chili and cheese. The double decker taco I ordered hardly had any beans, and it was soggy and cold.
I suppose the primary reason I am most disappointed is because I was basically one of the first people in today, and my food was cold, soggy and undesirable. Fast food is supposed to be fast and fresh, not cold and soggy.

I don’t like leaving negative marks in this world, but the lack of care is just is just so unbearable. 35 degrees outside and 25 degrees inside…so I had to ask for my food to go just to throw it away because it felt like it came straight out of the fridge. then I tried to call not to complain but to try and save someone else someone heart ache, but the “shift lead” was too prideful to try and correct anything. my family and I will never return to this or any Tacobell ever again. thanks for the effort

Check you food before you leave! Ordered 3 meals and of course get all the way home and only have 2 in the bag! Never learn in fast food places always Check your Order!
