Actually friggin insane to wait 20 min for 2 pies and a mcflurry. Everything empty. Floors gross. Tables dirty. No napkins. People yelling and swearing out back. Won’t literally even look at you while you stand in the front lobby staring them down. Not going here again. Half the kiosks working, not printing receipts, cant take payment on it. If you have to pay at the counter be prepared to wait 15+ minutes before someone comes back out front. Actually appalled.

This location is easy to find, and has 2 drive thru order boards. There is an outdoor patio to eat on as well. The employees looked busy with multiple cars in drive thru. Plenty of seats indoors and restroom was clean as well.

The food its self is fine its the people and speed of service. We orderd our food at 130 and got our food at 210. As we wait for our food as well 3 to 4 employees where all talking to each other. 2 of the employees was on there Phone the whole time as well. We where never let know there would be a delay with the pies but other guest where let know and served their pies before us. Due to to long we wait most of the food was cold by the time it got to us. Would not recommend

I Haven’t been here in a while, but I ordered a medium Caramel,Chocolate iced coffee with just cream, and the manager taken the order asked me how many pumps of chocolate and caramel in it. I had no idea as nobody asked that before, so she said she would take care of it and when I tried it to see how it was (she offered to add more if needed), it was perfect. The right blend, I could taste both caramel and chocolate. Kudos.

I would love to type all the absolutely disgusting behavior displayed by the lady taking my order and the actual manager but it would take awhile the managers should set the example for his employees but it’s more than clear why the drive through person thought she was allowed to act like she did. The topping was actual cold chewy French fries that forced me to go inside after waiting for my food and then getting it cold. Don’t go here.

Me and my boyfriend just went to get the grinch meal, mind you we waited in line for 40 minutes. And we never even got the shaker salt for the fries, the only reason I wanted to try it. Very disappointing not to mention the Big Mac he got too.

Went to get The Grinch meal and a free burgerbecausemy birthdaywas the otherday. I ordered on the app. The app said my order would be ready in 2-5 minutes, I was 5 minutes away so thats cool. Git there and had to wait over 40 minutes! The other customers waiting were nice, the only guy at the counter was nice and he was trying his best. I could see a bunch of food sitting there waiting to be bagged. Then when I finally got my food, the big Mac was cold and just thrown in the box, the fries were warm at best and my birthday burger was messed up. I understand the waiting but at least get the order right and give me warm food.

Fry’s were cold and hard. Not to mention an employee came to mop up and spill, and didn’t even add a wet floor sign, when the guy didn’t even ring out the mop first and there was two huge puddles. The caution sign seen in the photo was from my grandmother getting up and putting one there because there were senior citizens and she was worried they’d slip. Not to mention the 40 minute waiting time. The only reason the puddles got cleaned up was because the manager happened to come out to deliver a meal, and saw it. She took care of the situation and was obviously annoyed at her coworkers, but in mine and my grandmothers opinions it shouldn’t have happened at all. Don’t even go in the bathrooms either.

I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes in line and finally paid and got to the 2nd window to be told I needed to go park somewhere to wait an additional 7 minutes for a small fry. There were 2 cars ahead of me that had already parked waiting for fries so I asked if I could stay at the window to wait. The girl said no. I asked if I could have a free small fry coupon and just collect my burger. She went away for a few minutes and came back to say no they couldn’t do that and would I like a refund. i said, yes, just a refund for the fries. FIVE MINUTES later, now 8 min waiting, she comes back with a full refund. I said, wait, I only needed a fry refund, I still want the burger. She said, no we can’t do that. So they threw away the burger because it was specialized and I had waited now 21 minutes, wasted gas and time to drive away empty handed. Where I’m sure the next driver got his freshly cooked fries. I won’t be back to that location.
