It was a nice night to have Italian, if you ever find yourself far west in Miami definitely stop at Montecatini , I would definitely call it Hispanic Italian restaurant. Haha
I had the chicken Parm and it was good. Very big serving and very tasty. The lasagna was extremely good really tasty great flavor. We did have to send it back because once we got into the middle, it was cold so that was kind of a disappointment.
And it took a while to come back out … it definitely was a little over 10 minutes. But despite that it was still very tasty.
The atmosphere is was quiet. They had nice mood lighting, but not too dark where you’re still able to see everything.
All the servers are kind and polite and the main host is a gentleman. He greeted you at the door. He took you to your table, so he was very proper and his demeanor.
And he looks like he runs a tight ship.
But overall, the experience was nice.

Really enjoyed our meal at Montecatini—the food was excellent and full of flavor. Everything we ordered was well prepared and delicious. The only downside was the service, as it sometimes took a while for our server to come back to the table. Overall, a great dining experience, and with a bit quicker service it would be outstanding.

Jessica was incredibly friendly, fun and kind! The service was excellent from start to finish. Jessica and staff were incredibly attentive without hovering, the food arrived promptly, and everyone seemed genuinely invested in making sure we had a good experience. It’s rare to see a team this well-coordinated. I’d definitely return.the food was outstanding!

We started this new year in Montecatini with my partner and my daughters. Fantastic encounter after vacations in this magical Italian restaurant in the heart of Kendall. We selected Albariño, Bruschetta, Black squid ink risotto, carbonara pasta, Roast pork,and shrimp scampi with garlic. Coffee and My favorite desert, Flan

There are many reasons we’re frequent guests at Montecatini — the exceptional food, the inviting ambiance, and, most importantly, the outstanding service. Joel always goes the extra mile, making us feel at home every time we visit.
Yesterday, we were pleasantly surprised to meet a new team member, Jesica — someone we remembered fondly from another great restaurant in the area. Even though it was her first day at Montecatini, she was already fully engaged: knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations, and checking in on us with a warm, genuine smile.
Jesica is a perfect addition to an already amazing team. Now, we have yet another reason to keep coming back to our favorite restaurant!

Beautiful, nice Italian/Cubanish restaurant in West Kendall. Arrived around 12:30 PM, had to wait one or two minutes while they put a table together. Our waitress came to the table within 1 minute.
We ordered two appetizers: friend calamari and manchego cheese and prosciutto croquettes, very very good. Coquettes 10/10; fried calamari 9/10, IMO the breading needed a bit more seasoning.
Kid cheese pizza 10/10, my kiddo loved it.
Spaghetti pesto 9/10, I loved the flavor of their pesto sauce, but IMO I do not like the fact that they do not offer angel hair as pasta.
Spaghetti carbonara 10/10, pastas come out in a really nice presentation.
Caesar salad 9/10
Adults pizzas we ordered were amazing, one of them with a sort of Hawaiian w/bacon and Veggie pizza, both 10/10.
Deserts: we had passion fruit mouse, flan and rice pudding. Passion fruit mouse was OK 6/10, flan was very good 9/10, and the rice pudding was simple the best rice pudding I had in a long time 15/10.
Menu is big which I liked, it foes offer some latin entrees.
Service was really good, our waitress was very attentive and professional, I do not remember her name. Her assistant ensure we had no empty plates and no empty cups.
Will be coming back in the near future.

Food is good and reasonably priced. Portions were large. Place was practically empty for Sunday lunch and was easy to talk. There were a lot of servers although it took a little while to take our order. I kind of felt like the servers were just staring at us while we were eating because there were so many of them and so few customers. A little uncomfortable but that’s ok. Definitely worth visiting for lunch.

I recently had dinner at this restaurant with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday, and it was a fantastic experience! There’s plenty of parking available, and as you walk in, you’re greeted by an impressive wall showcasing their extensive wine selection. I personally don’t drink, but my friends were thrilled with the variety and quality of their wines.
The service was outstanding — both the waitstaff and the Chef went above and beyond. We were even treated to a sneak peek of an upcoming dish, Pubbelly, which was delicious!
I ordered the lasagna, and the portion was generous and satisfying. The food quality, attention to detail, and overall value make this restaurant a true hidden gem. Highly recommend!
