We just ate at Huddle House in Scottsville, Kentucky and it was a great experience. The service was friendly, the food was fresh, and everything came out fast.
Our waitress, Brittany, is actually the reason I’m writing this review. She made sure we had everything we needed the entire time and was so pleasant and enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about the customers.
I had read some of the other reviews mentioning the new ownership, and it must be true because the service was excellent. They obviously have great taste in hiring good employees. Everyone there was friendly, Brittany especially stood out. If I owned a business, I would hire her in a heartbeat!
Highly recommend giving Huddle House a try (or another try). We will definitely be back.

I had 2egg breakfast..everything cooked perfect. Got a biscuit..omg so good..got fruit..the pineapple was perfectly ripe! My friend got a cheeseburger with Mac n cheese..wow cheesy mac!! She loved it!! Great waitress and all for $20…cant beat that!

We went to Huddle House on Christmas Eve after work and I loved the service we received! The place was very clean, and as soon as we went in they made us feel very welcome! We had April as our waitress and absolutely loved her. She’s so nice and catered to anything we needed. We loved talking with her. We also had Jessie as our cook and the food was delicious and we got our food very quick! So happy with the turn around Huddle House has had!!

As soon as we got there, we ordered, drank our coffee and talked awhile, I had noticed 4 different groups coming in after us. Then I noticed 2 of the 4 tables getting their food, our waitress cleaned off 3 other tables, by this time, 35 minutes had passed, the other 2 tables got their food, then waitress comes by and says “Listen folks, it’s like this, they lost your order, do you want to order again?” I whole heartedly felt the waitress knew our order had been misplaced, and she was dreading having to tell us, so she was trying to make herself look busy and working up courage to inform us of their error.

I kept getting these coupons in the mail for Huddle House, I hadn’t been there in over 10 years due to a bad experience. But I thought what the heck lets give it a try. I am so glad I did, I have gone multiple times in last few weeks and I am beginning to feel like Norm from Cheers. I have gotten to know the staff somewhat as they have all been friendly and engaging. Brandon has done a good job turning it around and Jacob, this man loves to cook, you can just see he enjoys it and he always greets me by name. The waitresses have been fantastic, all of them. I know I will forget someone so just to say all has to suffice. Two of them are still in high school working to go to college. So great to see that. I am a breakfast guy so that’s all I can speak to, it has been very good. Cooked to order, crispy bacon and crispy hash browns. And I have to say for restaurant “Sausage Gravy” I don’t think I’ve ever had better. We are lucky in this community to have another option when it comes to food service. I will defiantly continue being a patron of “Huddle House”.

Our Huddle House, here In Scottsville, has the best service ever! The food is pretty great too and I absolutely love their coffee! I go there, for a cup everyday. I love the servers and the cooks. They are so good to me. Recently I lost a dear loved one and they got together and gave me a beautiful sympathy card. It really touched my heart. I recommend you visit soon and see what you think.

I normally do not leave reviews for restaurants, as typically the focus is on getting rid of the customer as quickly as possible in order to turn tables. Tonight, my family and I decided to visit our local huddle house after a long day of moving. Our server, April, was very personable and passionate about ensuring great service. Our line cook, Jessy provided food that was both visually appetizing as well as very satisfying to eat.

Friendly staff and clean restaurant! You can sit at the bar and watch them cook your food fresh in front of you. I came in today the store was crowded and I was greeted and waited on as soon as I sat down. My food was cooked in front of me fresh and was delicious.

Our server was Ashley and she was just the absolute worst. Had to ask for sugar for our coffee multiple times. She never refilled any of our drinks. My husband had to ask her to repeat herself because she was basically mumbling. Never checked on us. The cooks and the other server Nicole were amazing though. The food was great.

I waited for my order for well over 30 minutes. My order was still wrong and cold. Most of it went in the trash. The sausage was burnt, the eggs were all wrong, the waffle was soggy and rubber. I’ve never been so disappointed. We spent well over $50 and we’re still hungry. Store was nasty, everything slightly sticky, and the floor littered with debris.
