I came here and ordered a #2 double whopper no tomato, no mayo. I received a single RAW whopper with tomato, mayo and no cheese. Cold fries, had to go back and get a refund. SAD!

Bought trio 2 original chicken sandwich and one chicken fry. While the server was taking my order, I asked him to take out mayonnaise and put cheese & barbeque sauce on the sandwich. However, I got the chicken sandwich regular with cheese and THERE WAS A PIECE OF HAIR INSIDE WHICH I TOOK IT OUT FROM MY MOUTH WHILE I WAS EATING. IT WAS SO DISGUSTING THAT I THREW EVERYTHING IN THE TRASH. Also, ordered the coupon I had of 2 original chicken sandwich with 2 medium fries. I asked the server to take out mayonnaise and put onions and barbecue sauce. Instead, they were a regular chicken sandwich.

I ordered the family bundle for over $30+, and somehow Burger King still managed to screw it up. The label on the bag clearly listed everything included, yet they failed to include a cheeseburger and a fry.

This isn’t a customization issue. This isn’t confusion. It’s basic order accuracy — read the label and put the food in the bag.

When you’re charging that much for fast food, the absolute minimum expectation is getting what you paid for. Instead, I got shorted and wasted my time. Completely unacceptable.

I won’t be ordering again.

Burger King on Piaget Ave (US Route 46 East) is an over 50 year old establishment on the highway that has the benefit of being convenient to the local business district and the local middle school, as well as highway travellers and neighborhood residents, with easy entry and exit onto both the highway and local back streets.
With an almost always busy drive thru, this place does a crisp business. However, while the food is usually good, there are a few items that are down points here. Inside service tends to suffer at the hands of the drive through customers, with sometimes slower than normal service. The food can be at times also slightly undercooked. One thing that has happened to me on more than a few occasions also is that, in spite of a spate of cold and cooler weather, I always, in the middle of the evening rush (5-7 pm) always somehow wind up having to wait for coffee to be made. The staff is always being accommodating and polite, but still, multiple times, having to add to time in there can be irritating.

It’s been years since I’ve had Burger King or any fast food, and after today, I’m reminded why. With what it costs now, you’d have to be out of your mind to pay for this processed junk. Everything is comically small. I hadn’t been here in so long that I was genuinely shocked when the “ice cream” turned out to be about one mouthful. The burgers have shrunk, the portions have shrunk, everything has shrunk except the price. You’re far better off eating at home or choosing something actually healthier.

This is one of the few fast food restaurants that still has a play place for kids. It’s a pretty typical Burger King restaurant, but having access to a small play area is priceless! The kids love it, even though it’s pretty small.

On uber eats I ordered two whoppers with pickles, mayo and mustard and the order comes and none of those items are on it but a mountain of BBQ sauce. This Burger King never gets the order right. This isn’t the first time but definitely the last time.

Went to the drivethru tonight to try to get a meal after a long day of work. I started today at 4:30 a.m. I arrived there at roughly 8:00 p.m. My days are taxing and sometimes it’s hard to see everything later in the day. The menu displayed two large pictures of Whopper Jr for $5 and I misunderstood all of the small writing underneath it. When the gentleman came on the line over the PA system I ordered incorrectly, he corrected my mistake of I didn’t read the menu correct, I continued to order the two Whopper Juniors for $5 but while waiting in a long line in front of the menu I realized as I had not moved yet that underneath the two pictures It stated in small writing that I had first misread there was a $5 meal in which in my perception was to be a better deal for what I could pay. I waited in line until I was asked or called upon again and I asked the gentleman Autario to please help me change my order. He paused upset, told me to wait, answered again after muting his side of the line with an attitude, took my order and when I got to the front of line I offered my apologies at the window as I saw him in the distance behind the young woman that chose to step up to help me or perhaps was told to. I could see he did not want to come to the window. He refused to accept my apology for not being able to see the menu. He just kind of just gave me a side look and walked away talking softly under his breath. The young beautiful woman at the window graciously apologized for him and we all kept it moving. I could have made a scene but that’s not who I am. Please help this young man understand that some people work very long days and it’s not easy to see a menu at a certain age especially when a better deal as I perceived it to be is written in smaller writing. Instead of enjoying my meal after a long day’s work I was confronted with someone that was a bully and shouldn’t be serving customers.
I didn’t need my meal, I just threw it out, Can’t eat hate so I left it alone.

I know his name was something like Arturo because the other workers said his name in the distance as they asked him for help but he was looking at them with discuss as they were bothering him for help. Smh No one wants to help people aymore.

If I could rate this 0 star I would. I had a really disappointing experience at this Burger King. I went through the drive-thru and was met with a rude, impatient employee who clearly didn’t want to be there. They rushed me through my order and had a terrible attitude the whole time.

I ordered an Impossible Whopper specifically with no cheese, since I’m vegan. When I got home—40 minutes away—I found out they had put cheese on it anyway. Totally defeats the purpose of ordering a plant-based option, and it’s honestly just careless.

I called the store to speak with the manager, thinking they’d try to make it right. Instead, the manager was just as unhelpful. He refused to give me a refund and told me I’d have to drive all the way back to return the food—even after I explained how far I was. No apology, no accountability, just attitude.

This kind of service is unacceptable. Between the rude staff, the messed-up order, and the lack of basic customer service from management, I won’t be coming back to this location again.
