Placed my order around 12:05, was told 12:15-12:20 pick up through drive through window. The app said they’ll send a text when order is ready and since I still hadn’t received text by 12:30, I drove through asking for status update, then had to drive through 3 times per their request while everyone else was picking up orders without issues. My order was finally ready by 12:50 (30 min after promised time). Text was still not sent after all this so if i personally hadn’t checked on the order, not sure how long I’ve had to wait. Would be great if the app allows statues updates like “preparing order” etc.
When I finally got home, fries were cold (it was only 5-7 min later), my korean shack sandwich was not marinated chicken but regular one with sprinkles of topping (see photo). Very disappointed. Not going back to this location.

The k shack fried chicken sandwich had a decent portion size, but the sauce tasted horrible like it had been sitting out and the chicken itself was really bland. The k shack BBQ burger was slightly better but had a soggy bun and no real flavor in the meat. The bacon cheese fries were probably the best part, though the cheese wasn’t great and the fries were just okay. Honestly, I’d rather just go to McDonald’s at this point because the quality here just isn’t there for the price, definitely not worth the $31 I paid for it

Yeah, they are deserving of five stars. My mouth is watering thinking about when they first put the burger in front of me. Crisp to perfection, HOT, quick service, sauce? Not extra. Delicious. Always hits the spot without being to greasy or overbearing. MOOve on over and grab a beefy mouthgasm. One of the few places left where you get good quality food for an agreeable price.

First time visitor to this location and boy I glad we stopped by for a quick bite to eat. The order stations as you walk were quick and easy to navigate and the food was delivered to our table very quickly. The fries were perfection and the burgers were exactly what I expect from Shake Shack. One of the better burgers you can get at a quick serve restaurant. Check it out, you’ll be glad you did.

#MyFirstTime I told one of the guru I would leave a review because he shared how it was such a family type vibe to work.
The way he described the experience it exceeded my expectations.
I tried the shack stack, and I was beyond surprised. It was truly yummy along with the cherry blossom shake.
Lorie was amazing she explained the menu in such details, which makes you wanna come back and try the entire menu.
Overall, 9.5 , the restaurant sits off a main highway, parking is great, and it was clean.

This was my first time here. After reading reviews I was very confident that this place was worth the price. Boy, was I wrong. They do not have meals everything is charged separately the drink, the burger, and side are all charged separately. The burgers are extremely greasy. Of course most burger places are, but the grease was just an excessive amount. You could get heart disease just by looking at it. I got the k-Shack bbq burger, that was $9.99, and onion rings, that were $4.99, it was okay but I would not eat here again. The food is way overpriced and mediocre. Choose somewhere else.
P.S. if you do decide to eat here do not get onion rings. They give you 6 rings and charge you $4.99 for them.

Shake Shake is always a fun treat. This location is great since they have the drive thru (app orders only) and options inside and patio!
Parking is limited all the time to park close but there is plenty of free parking around (just not close to the building). I find this location to be clean and the staff is very friendly. Verlin heard it was my kids first time and gave them free juice boxes!
The food is a four out of five stars in my opinion. I think there are better places to get a burger and shake, but by no means are these ever not an enjoyable meal! I tried the fried pickles this trip and will NOT be getting them again.
Prices are going to run you about $9 per burger and you’re going to pay separately for shakes which run about $8. Fries are $6 unless you want spicy fries or cheese fries or some kind of extra.

Great burgers and quick service!
ordered a cheeseburger and a double ShackBurger—both were delicious! The patties were juicy, the buns were fresh, and everything was made just right. The staff was friendly and the service was fast, even though it was pretty busy. The restaurant was clean . Definitely a solid spot if you’re craving a quality burger. Will be back!

My grandson wanted to try this place, so I agreed. This was our first time trying the Shake Shack. He had a chicken sandwich and cheese fries, and I had a double cheeseburger. We ordered online first from the parking lot to pick up from their drive-thru. The order was placed around 7:45 pm, and the time frame they gave was 8:01 pm – 8:06 pm. We made it to the pickup window at 8:15 pm and still had to wait for our food. My grandson liked his sandwich and fries. My burger wasn’t anything to write home about. It put me in the mind of Steak n Shake and definitely not worth ten dollars. The lettuce was wilted, and I asked for the sauce on the side. I didn’t receive any sauce or napkins. I think the wait to pickup was really long. They seemed a little unorganized inside because the person handing out the orders came and asked for my name like three different times. This was most likely a one and done for me. The bill was close to $25 for two sandwiches and an order of cheese fries. I could have gone to Craft Burger, American Deli, or a number of other places and received 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, and 2 drinks for about the same, and actually really enjoyed it. This is just my experience and my opinion. I hope this helps someone.
