Food was delicious as always but made burger wrong- didn’t have onions- they took it back in the window and gave it back but I now didn’t see the cheese that was on it b4. Gave it back and stated, “now there’s no cheese”. She said, it’s the same burger, we just added onions”. Apparently they changed the buns that had most of the cheese stuck to it- DONE

I want to thank this location I was able to loose over 15 lb in the last 3 months by not eating here anymore after the awful food poisoning I got from their cheeseburger. It was always too easy to just run over and pick up Wendy’s sometimes twice a week but after being sick I can’t eat anything from this location or any other fast food so again a big thank you I feel so much better

Came in to get a delivery order, overheard employees straight up bullying what I’m assuming was a new hire named Jordan or Gordan. came here at ~6:30 pm. being straight up rude, calling him away from his station and then getting onto him for leaving his station and when confronting him for leaving his station said “likee.. what is this Jordan. you gotta keep your station clean. can you even hear me Jordan? You’re not finna ignore me!!” most disrespectful staff I’ve ever seen and they need to be dealt with. didn’t even try to help the guy just yelled at him. workers must be real insecure or have an insane power complex to be picking on a guy like that.

I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in years. The food is ok for a baked potato and a taco salad. But then I noticed the parts of the eves are falling down making it a safety hazard for your customers. You can see it hanging down. I am not sure how the manager didn’t see this and get it taken care of.

The crew is amazing and friendly, they might not get your food right sometimes but they will correct their mistakes. Update*** everything was great until this back cashier they have handed me my food she gave me only 2 Chicken tenders!! She shorted me And sweet talked me And when I left and got home it was too late…I KNOW SHE ATE IT I COULD SMELL THE CHICKEN ON HER BREATH! I think her name is Shakira or kiki? She’s the only one back cash with a big head You can’t miss her and she always has an attitude!!

Size of patties on food is made for a child? How can you charge $5 for a 2inch by 2inch patty?
Ordered large fries, It’s clearly a medium she doubled up the cups.
Then failed to provide a receipt.

Disgusting, everything we ordered has to be remade, dry, overcooked, missing toppings and we were hasseled about it. If you made it right the first time you wouldn’t have to make it again. Should have just asked for my money back because it still wasn’t good the second time.

If it were possible to give a lower rating I would. Beware of this location’s drive thru service, several times now after ordering a son of baconator meals the attendant wrang up a double baconator and it costs a lot more. This is their scam to make more money. Y’all just lost a regular customer and I will be telling everyone I know to AVOID YOUR LOCATION!

Just left Wendy’s at 430pm on a Tuesday. This is the third time I’ve gone there and gotten fries that were literally too hard to even eat and tasted like old oil. How hard is it to throw out fries after a couple hours? Potatoes gotta be the cheapest item. Apparently whoever runs this establishment doesn’t care if the food is fresh or been sitting for hours. Will def be going five mins down the road to another location. Also they forgot my sauce smh. When shits this expensive it better be fresh and corrrect. Maybe pay ur employees better so they actually care about doing their job correctly
