This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the environment behind the counter was completely unprofessional. Employees were openly arguing with each other and the manager did nothing to address it. In fact, the manager was cussing while talking to staff like they were friends instead of maintaining any level of professionalism or leadership. It showed in how poorly the restaurant was being run.
Food safety was also concerning. I observed the employee preparing food repeatedly touching her hair and face and then continuing to handle food without washing her hands. She was also speaking aggressively to other employees and appeared overwhelmed even though the restaurant was not busy. This suggested a lack of proper training and supervision.
The lack of management was obvious throughout the visit. The manager spent time on his phone while another employee took a personal phone call behind the counter on speaker. I also overheard the manager say that a customer ordered a bacon and egg biscuit but to “just give them a bacon, egg, and cheese,” which shows a clear disregard for accuracy and customer service.
Unfortunately, the food quality reflected what we were seeing behind the counter — it simply wasn’t good.
I understand this is a fast-food restaurant, but basic standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and management should still exist. This location appears to have none of that. Corporate leadership needs to take a serious look at this store because the current management clearly does not care.
We will not be returning.

We got gravy biscuits and grits. Both were very thick and not hot. We also got the cinnamon and raisin biscuits but they were hard with no icing on them. Got to do better to keep your business.

I grew up coming to this Hardee’s before church every so often for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. There is a Bojangles right near it and id get a BoBerry biso from there come to Hardee’s and get the rest

If corporate doesn’t intervene, this single restaurant will drive the whole Hardee’s name into the ground. Such a shame. We try it every few months hoping for change, but none comes. 30 minutes for food, and poor customer service, horrible attitudes and cold food. Then when you hope.to use the receipt to leave feedback, they don’t give you a receipt.

I have to say this is a sorry excuse for a restaurant. The milkshake (that I payed 5.00 for) came out as a glass of milk. The large fry (that I paid 1.60 to make a large had 5 fries in the box. The spicy tender wrap I ordered was a honey mustard wrap instead and both patties on my double cheeseburger were burnt. Also to top it off the lady behind the register got an attitude with me when I asked her to remake my milkshake because it was like a glass of milk. I’m not one to complain but this is ridiculous

My dad and I walked in to grab some lunch and no one was at the front counter. We waited and waited and when someone finally came they just opened the drawer to count money and did not even acknowledge us. And according to all the AWFUL reviews, I’m shocked this Hardee’s in Stanley is still in business. Please hire knowledgeable people who care about customer service.
