Social Profile:

McGregor Pizza & Deli is locally-owned and operated by Katie Madden Marciano, a Fort Myers native who grew up right down the street at Hibiscus Drive. As a child, Katie loved riding her bike to what was once called, “Little Farmers Market” for some candy. In addition to Florida, Katie has also lived in New York, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Israel and has been working in the food and beverage industry for most of her adult life. She owned and operated a very successful pizzeria in Fort Myers, but has always dreamed of owning her own little spot off of McGregor. McGregor Pizza & Deli is a neighborhood-friendly environment with indoor and outdoor dining and also offers takeout and delivery. Stop in to see Katie and have a slice!

Pepperoni poppers are very tasty with pepperoni baked into pizza dough knots, smothered in garlic butter, dusted with parmesean and served with their delicious marinara sauce.

We arrived at restaurant around 9 pm on a Saturday & were greeted warmly and seated and served quickly.

Thanks for a good evening! We’ll be back!

I come to Ft. Myers once a year for work for an extended period during MLB spring training. I keep coming back here and honestly, it is possibly the best pizza I have had anywhere, any time. Bonus points for tasty and cheap bottles of wine. Their Gio pizza (a meat lovers pizza) is just too good to not shout out from the mountaintop about it. I have had several of their specialty pizzas including the margarita, and they are all superb. Their oven is smoking hot so you get a crisp crust with completely melted cheese, but you better be careful to not burn the roof of your mouth. That is my only word of caution: not a complaint but a compliment. Be careful because you may need your pizza to cool down a bit before you bite in. There are not many places that can serve pizza like that from the oven to your table. But they always do it. Even if you get takeout, it’s so nice and hot when you get home or to your hotel: not lukewarm. They have a quiet little patio in the back that is strangely empty or barely occupied. During mosquito season I can understand why, so check with them they can advise whether it’s better to eat outside or inside based on the time of year and the time of the evening. I write this from the patio the last night of February and it is cool with zero mosquitoes. Sitting solo, I was planning to eat only half of my small (12 inch), but I killed the entire thing with no regrets. I have no relation to them whatsoever and they don’t solicit your google review, and I rarely write reviews, I just had to “shout it from the mountaintop.” Enjoy.

We’ve had mcgregor pizza on our list for quite some time and we’re finally able to try it. HIGHLY suggest the pesto pizza. The garlic knots were tasty with amazing marinara sauce. We will definitely be back!

This is a small pizza place in a vintage old building with limited seating, but it serves some of the most amazing pizza! We ordered the Red, White, and Green pizza along with the Mediterranean pizza, and absolutely loved both. The flavors were fresh, well-balanced, and delicious. The crust was crispy yet light, which made each bite perfect without feeling heavy.

If you’re in the area, this spot is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!

Wanted to love it – good price, a little slow on having to wait for slices – but pizza was very floppy. Toppings seemed good but hard to eat undercooked floppy dough 🙁

First time to the fabulous little pizza shop that is filled with delicious food, kind people. We came home from a trip to New York and longing for NYC thin crust. We are so happy to have found McGregor Pizza & Deli

The best gem in town. Mcgregor pizza is family owned and the best pizza/deli shop. I will always pick Mcgregor pizza even if it is out of the way, for any event, and work lunches! Always a positive and hard working staff. Enjoyable every time I am in!

If you want authentic N.Y. style pizza in a cute funky little place this is the place. We stopped in on a Sunday drive after seeing the sign out front with their special. 2 slices of pizza and a can of soda for $7. The pizza was excellent and the atmosphere is nice
Clean and organized. They sell wine there we noticed too. We’ll definitely be going back.

The crust, the sauce, and the cheese…the 3 ingredients that make a pizza were all pretty dang good
We stopped in for the first time wanting a slice but just missed the cut-off time, so we went for a small pepperoni and basil.
Not too long of a wait, and it was a cozy lil environment inside. Its a great neighborhood spot, and I liked seeing the locals come in for their pickups.
