I loooove Regina Pizza! Stopped at their Medford location and the manager raises the bar in customer service. While waiting for my order, I witnessed him speak to many regular patrons, keeping up with an elderly man’s day’ events, to another family that noticed he changed his schedule ! Those are definitely the employees you want managing a crew – fabulous, gracious atmosphere –

This is the best pizza in Boston hands down, the staff is accommodating and attentive! Order the pizza well done to get a crispier under carriage. The manager is incredible and treats his guest like family! Don’t pass up this incredible restaurant!

Sometimes its good and others is awful.
I had it remade after the “manager” told me it was soggy because I ordered extra cheese! Yeah, okay. So the remake had less cheese and why was the middle still a mess! Gross wet bread! Also never order their buffalo tenders. My whole order was messed up, the smaller pizza as well! Chicken was rubbery and inedible and also soggy, and the breading was all falling off! What a waste of money. Called when I got home and this manager was trying to argue with me that nothing was wrong with my order that I just didnt like it! The KM denied putting the wrong sauce on the small pizza so that means I was lying! I can’t eat certain sauces because of digestive issues. When I ordered I was very specific about it and they were understanding.
All he kept trying to repeat was that I should have waited another 20 minutes to REMAKE THE OTHER PIZZA AFTER ALREADY WAITING TO REMAKE THE LARGE. I have kids with me and it was Halloween!
Don’t appreciate the accusations and argument from the so called manager AT ALL!

Horrible! We asked for extra sauce and instead we got a heap load of ricotta cheese. The chicken, absolutely disgusting. Tasted like left over freezer chicken that they reheated and slapped on our pizza. This photo was my bf in the process of scraping all the toppings off just to add our own ingredients and make a whole new pizza. Pizza was soggy and unenjoyable overall. Waste of money. And we drove a half hour just to pick it up.

CHECK your pizzas BEFORE YOU LEAVE!
Got a large mushroom, onion & pepper for guests that I had over, and the pizza was all SOGGY, like the dough wasn’t even cooked in the center. Onion & pepper were cut up in huge chunks, which made it worse! Could not even pick up the slices to eat OR serve. Also, a small mushroom which was pretty dry. Who’s cooking these? Was a huge disappointment, to say the least! Especially for guests.
Not to mention the time it took for the order to be prepared that was called in! They said 40 min but it was over one hour.
Same thing just happened on a pizza with extra cheese! It was so mushy and gross looking. You can judge for yourself. Wet
There are times its good, but this is unacceptable for a $23 cheese pizza.
Update: been there a couple more times since these bad pizzas. Regina is probably my favorite pizza so I didn’t give up!
It’s been so perfect, cooked perfectly and delicious! Also, they upgraded their grated cheese. I don’t know what cheese they had before, but it wad literally like the consistency of baby powder

Visiting Boston for a few days and wanted some bomb pizza. Looked up Regina’s and saw they had great reviews and was highly recommended, and it did not disappoint! Pizza had fresh toppings and the crust was crispy on the outside and soft of the inside! We got the Spinach dip and the antipasti for apps, both were delicious! Great pizza, great experience.

I visited Regina Pizzeria in Medford for lunch today. Upon stepping into the restaurant, I kindly asked for a small table as I was alone and I prefer being seated as such. The front desk person asked if I wanted to sit at the bar, but I told him that I would like a table. He didn’t seem to like my request and without saying anything just sat me down at a table. I felt a little unwelcome. The waitress was kind on the other hand, came to ask how I was doing and if everything was okay with my pizza so that made up for it.
I have to say the pizza was not bad at all, I ordered The Giambotta. It was a little overloaded with ingredients but it tasted good. However, I had to fight with a bunch of flies around my table and over my pizza which made the experience a little more unpleasant. I am hoping that the ingredients were stored safe. The cleanliness of the restaurant (what I saw) was not problematic.
The price for the pizza is acceptable, but was not worth the overall experience. I recommend going to the original North End pizzeria.

The sangria is probably one of my favorites.
The minestrone is great for a cold day and the fried raviolis come with a lot of filling

We have long been fans of Regina’s but the food and service was really exceptional last week. My grandma was in the hospital and really craving a cheese pizza and antipasto. I’m lactose intolerant so I ate mostly the antipasto and her crust. It made her so happy to have a warm and delicious meal with her granddaughter during a difficult time. Thank you Regina’s ❤️
