No bone in chicken when I placed my order. Ordered supremes combo with fries and a side of dirty rice. The fries were not cooked thoroughly and were flimsy and tasteless. The rice was like mush and overcooked. The supremes and biscuit were good and the service was good. Restaurant floors needed attention. Wasted my money because I ate only a couple of bites and threw the rest away.

I was not prepared for the amount of spice that is inherently in these sandwiches. It is a FLAVOR EXPLOSION!! And the fries are really something special. This is WAY BETTER KFC And Popeyed, blows them out of the water. Made from scratch busiscits and they have. A new menu. I reccomend the number nine meal deals. Colse slaw and ditty rice is also amazing and fills you up un like other fast food places . Shorty Guy with the dreads is an awesome worker and super fast

First time at Bojangles. Good chicken sandwich. I’d probably rate it up there with Chic-fil-a. If you’re a fan of crispy chicken, I’d say better. Frrsh, great flavor. Feels good in the stomach.
Mac and cheese…uh, yeah. Why? A part of me figured a chain from the South would have good man and cheese. Nope. Soggy, overdone, very forgettable.
Also, why did the Pepsi taste a little like sweet tea?
Also, not a lot of menu options. Very simple. Chicken was great.

This was my first time going to Bojangles tonight and I asked for four biscuits the chicken sandwich, the BLT version 2 macaroni and cheese. Being hopeful, I drive off and get home. My sandwich is wrapped in just some paper tissue not in a box, Like not in a Bojangles box as I see on photos, my two biscuits I received out of the four I ask for were very hard and I’m just curious is this typical service If so, I probably won’t eat there again.

No bone in chicken, seriously,? That was my only reason for stopping. Tenders only at this location. My sandwich came on bun not a biscuit. No. Napkins were given. So disappointed. $26 Garrett.

I ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches dropped to order 10 minutes is way to.long but this is the narrative they use so they can tell their customers oh these are fresh. And I also ordered a LG Mac and cheese just ok I can make better if I was at home, and since they make chicken tenders only not on the bone in this area they can keep their glorified chicken breast they cut into strips sell as chicken tenders ,chicken will always taste better on the bone no excuses CEO OF BOJANGLES GO BACK TO SERVING REAL CHICKEN THAT MATTERTO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Didn’t really vibe with this place. The cashier’s face looked like I owed them money – super rude and not professional at all. Tables were messy, nobody even bothered to wipe them down. And to top it off, what I actually wanted from the menu wasn’t even available. Whole experience? Meh.

I frequently use Love’s fuel stops when traveling. I love Love’s even more when there is a Bojangles inside, too! Best chicken strips ever and biscuits are always so good. Service is always friendly but can be a tad slow sometimes. I think they make a lot to-order which is better for the freshness factor but when you’re business is placed inside travel stops where many people coming in are usually ready to hit the road again asap, quicker is better. So maybe a happy medium in there somewhere. But yeah, I’d still drive out of my way to find a Bojangles over sitting in a Chik-fil-A or Popeye’s line any day.

I love Bojangles, the best fried chicken ever.. however this place only sells tenders it does not have bone-in chicken, and the biscuits weren’t really fresh off the pan, like you will find down in North Carolina.. all in all it’s okay though.
