Okay so shame on me for not eating breakfast.You know how it is your stomach growling and you like you know what I’m gonna grab something from McDonald’s. Well people pay attention to your food because that quarter pounder thats guaranteed to be fresh is not guaranteed to be cooked all the way through. They need some adult management and more than one individual cause i swear if i get sick im suing.

All horrible! Saw a worker smoke weed in his car in between his shift. Another worker took forever to take the order. Lastly, the order IS ALWAYS WRONG!!! A part of my order was a plain double cheeseburger. First time around they completely forgot it, which is fair because it was a big order. Second time around, ask for just the plain double cheeseburger and apparently they think a plain burger means with onions on top (even though on the screen it says “just American cheese”).

I took my daughter here for breakfast today. For both of us it was almost $24 and she is 6. We both had a breakfast meal with orange juice. Her meal was fine, but mine was not. I ordered a steak and egg on the English muffin meal. EVERY bite had hard chewy animal by products and/or cartilage in the meat that was supposed to be steak. I removed 16 PIECES of these chewy, hard and just weird textured things from my mouth during my attempt to eat the sandwich. Either this is the cheapest cut of steak on earth or not steak at all. This meat was not fit for dog food. What is all of that I took out of my mouth McDonalds??? The steak sandwich options used to be good. Now it seems that you are cutting corners and feeding people god knows what. If it cost too much to make, just take the steak option away, feeding us waste should be illegal. I didn’t even want to ask for my money back as they say no refunds all over including on the receipt. How is there no refunds when you served me slop? Ok no refund, lets show the world what you are serving. Maybe the health department or FDA needs to find out what grade of meat you are feeding people and calling it steak. A waist of money, don’t order the steak!

If you came after 9 pm, you most likely won’t be served. I waited at the counter for 20 minutes and no one came up to me. And if you try to call them, they won’t even look in your direction.

Update: stopped in for breakfast, lines are still long so I ordered curbside, food was fresh and prepared well.

My husband and I each ate a double cheeseburger and fries there today. We were pleasantly surprised how hot it was and made to order as requested. The young lady at the counter was sweet and had a kind smile. The fries were perfect…not a bit greasy or soggy. The manager was present and we wonder if that made the difference. All in all a great experience!

Was grossly overcharged at this location. They ask you if you want your receipt which I don’t usually get. Totally take responsibility for not getting it but once I looked at my statement the next morning realized I was charged double. Spoke with Gerald that was very nasty and claimed he is the manger but would not give me his last name pretty much told me if I couldn’t bring my receipt too bad. Again I take accountability for not taking my receipt but if this is their policy why do the ask you if you want it! I wouldn’t be so pissed off if not for the managers attitude.
