I swear this place is getting worse and worse. It will probably be closed soon just like the McDonald’s that was down the street. They are extremely rude and will ignore anyone standing at the window. Then act like the customer is wrong for wanting to be acknowledged. My pizza today is hot but aren’t I missing a crust? And sauce?! They are on their last leg with me. I will drive further to get better.

I placed an online order and picked it up to serve to a house full of guests. Once I got home, the pizza was extremely stiff and tasted as though it had been sitting out all day. It was so disappointing that it wasn’t even worth going back to the store to complain. Serving this to guests was embarrassing. I will not be patronizing this location again. This experience was utterly unacceptable.

This was so disappointing coming to grab food for my family after school and I am greeted with such rude behavior I just wanted some napkins.I understand if there’s none to give but a simple response and acknowledgement would have served better than the mouth. I did make a purchase the younger heavyset female with red hair needs more training.

Staff were nice, friendly and professional. The restaurant and parking lot were clean. Our food was ready within 10 minutes. Pizza was hot, fresh and delicious. I will visit this location again.

This is the worst Little Caesars in Detroit…I went here today ordered a Thin crust with everything…do you think that’s what was in the box when I got home…NO….it was nothing I ordered & I payed $15.90 USD for something I didn’t receive. I was so mad when I reach home & my 6 year old son said MoMA look at our pizza…it was so wrong. I ordered light cause there was so much I was discussed …the crust wasn’t thin & half the things I payed for weren’t there…saved my receipt & took pictures of the pizza Little Caesars Corporation going to get a helluva email from dissatisfied customers

Ordered a DoorDash order at 913 don’t get my order until 1020pm then I got a cheese pizza and wings when I ordered 2 hot n ready pepperoni pizzas and to top it off it taste like shit and the wings were burnt to crisp. Nothing I ordered came to me they told the dasher they were closing even though they don’t close till 11. Bullshit they should have called to cancel my order instead of doing what they wanted period

Cashier came to the window eating and trying to take my oder. After I paid for my for she the gave me a roll of pennies and said this is all she has and I don’t have to take it. The customer service here was horrible and im afraid to eat my pizza now.

I placed an order over the phone when I got to the store they told me to wait 10 more minutes after 20 minutes they said they didn’t see my order and if I wanted my order I had to pay for it again I called their service line to find out what happened they told me I had to talk to the store manager needless to say I didn’t get my money or my food they still have my money but I didn’t get any food

This location is not in the greatest area. However, I went there on February 8th 2024 and the service was absolutely amazing. There were only two people on staff in the restaurant and it looked like the cashier was taking payments, cleaning his hands, and also boxing up pieces! He did an absolutely amazing job, there was not a long wait, the food was hot and delicious, and he was professional, friendly, and provided excellent service! Service! I work in the service industry so I know the difference between good and bad service and he did a great job! I will continue to patronize this location!
