WiFi could be better. The McDonald’s is large, spacious and modern. Parking was easy. Coffee tastes better. There’s outlets near the tables so you can charge your devices. Table service on a Sunday was pretty fast and good! But pls fix the WiFi

the manager and the rest of the workers here are very friendly, and eager to make you happy. I dont see this level of customer service at other locations. the food was made perfectly, hot and fresh. i had to take one star away for the ridiculously high prices, although i think thats a corporate issue.

This person who hands the food she always mean mugging when I see her. I even see her come out once to deliver food to a car I let her go and no hand gesture to show thanks or smile or anything. Not sure why she’s in customer service. She also will be like I can’t hear you on the Machine I don’t know if she does it to be a jerk or actually can’t hear me but then I have to raise my voice really loud and I’m not a person where it’s hard to hear of. I don’t have a quiet voice. I’m extremely nice and loving person, but I just hate rude people and it’s always when I go

I got milk and sugar when I asked for a latte. Usually McD’s lattes are very light but this is ridiculous. If you don’t know how to make it that’s fine but please learn for next time.

A modern Mc Donalds with highly advanced ordering system. They have multiple kiosks at the location making it so easy for even children to order without any difficulty. We enjoyed the ordering system and delivery. we just pick up on our own and very less interaction with employees as well. They have ample parking which is free and enough dining spaces as well.

This McDonald’s has all the qualities for being one of the best examples of a “Good Mcdonald’s” Pricing is on the lower end for a McDonalds Franchise. Food is constantly fresh, quick. Service is always great, restaurant is always fresh & clean including bathrooms.
Side note: They had all the WcDonalds Promo Branding that had recently been launched on 2/26/24

I have stopped here twice on Watchung Reservation hikes as it is right off the trail. Very fast and polite service, first time the gentleman at the counter offered to bring my tray to my table when it was ready and today the server asked if I needed sauce with a chicken sandwich, nice to have friendly people offering such services.
