This location is very slow. They have messed up my order multiple times. They will give you the wrong sauce. They forget to give you straws for your drinks. They are very consistent with mistakes.

The staff here are always very rude. They speak very rudely whenever I try getting food here. Whenever I come here to get food, my mood gets spoiled and ruins my day. I understand if the staff are having some bad day, but this happens every single time. Sometimes, I place a mobile order and come to pick it up through drive-through and the staff rudely deny me the service through drive-through. They reply harshly saying I will only serve you if you walk into the lobby. Sometimes, they close the lobby at 10 pm and the other days at 11pm. They do not have any fixed timings. How are we supposed to know whether the door is opened or closed? In this cold weather, trying to get out of the car every time, just for the door to be closed is annoying. Once the staff member asked me to walk into the lobby to get my food, I did try going inside and the door is closed. This happened quite a few times. Will never be getting any food here again!!!

They run you through drive thru, then park you in reserved spot. No fore-warning. Then you sit to the point where fast food becomes nonfat food. You’re stuck, 5-10 minutes.

Two orders in row fish sandwich was entirely inadequate. Double ordered first had minimal amount of tartar sauce, looking for it was actually challenging . Next visit had single fish and it had extreme amount of shredded lettuce (not supposed to have any) and again tartar sauce was all but missing. Have had other issues with special order burgers, but not being able to actually make standard sandwiches why bother saying anything about special orders? No longer using this facility , it’s abundantly clear grill and sandwich makers aren’t trained nor supervised.

The staff here are incredibly nice and helpful. Anytime disabled, young, or elderly customers enter they are immediately greeted and asked if they need help. The staff even remember people’s names and know some of their customers and take extra effort to help them. I know it’s just a McDonald’s but I have to give a 5 because I am pleased by the helpfulness and dedication to service by the staff here. Rare to see now in food service (for understandable reasons; you don’t get paid to be nice). Perhaps I witnessed a good day, but I think this location deserves a 5/5 for the helpfulness and warmness of the staff alone. They are incredibly nice. Makes my day at the warehouse nearby a bit less terrible.

The customer service we receive at this location is always above par. The employees really go out of there way to make customers happy. I had an order go wrong only once and the manager went above and beyond to change it into a positive experience. I’ve seen an employee dig through the trash (more than her parents did altogether) to help a def girl recover her hearing aid. I’m also featuring a picture of a custom milkshake, created, designed and inspired by an employee.
My My son loves the playrooms at McDonalds. Whenever we travel (which is often) we visit the local playroom as a major POI. What can I say – he’s 3. Even though we have been to bigger, more elaborate playrooms, this one remains our favorite.
