Drive-thru was quick—took five minutes or less. Staff was professional and polite over the speaker! Very professional dressed and presentable once at the window. My food came out fast and it gave everything it needed to gaveeeeeee 10/10!

5:30 and not 1 customer in the place, floor is dirty with French fries, got out order for here and the fries were cold (sent them back) and when I handed the fries back to the person, he grabbed them with his hand (the fries themself) and said oh wow they are cold. Ketchup dispenser was empty, no cups to put ketchup in.

I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger with no onion, an UNSWEETENED tea with a side of lemon and 2 regular sugars, and a large fry with sea salt.
I received a burger with a bun and onion, sweet tea that I think is mixed with lemonade, no straw, fake sugars instead of real sugars, and no salt or sea salt on the fries.
I was the only person in line. It’s 5pm on a Thursday. I ordered on the app. Pretty confused about how 2 people at the window get literally every part of my order wrong. Wasted money and time.

The chicken strips and drink was outstanding. I ordered some spicy nuggets and they gave me some old ones that were sitting there. I heated them and still were garbage. Haven’t been there in years because of previous times of bad unheated food. I’m done with the Wendy’s here.

We ordered online and once we got there we had to wait 40 minutes for our food even though it was pretty empty. They got our drinks wrong and gave us no forks/napkins or condiments. This was a big waist of money and time, do NOT come to this Wendy’s.

Sort the reviews from bad to good, then that will give you a better expectation from here. I pulled into the drive way tonight at 10pm and asked for a frosty, you know the ONE thing that Wendy’s is known for. Their machine is down, that’s the second time that has happened at this location. As I was leaving I forgot to get a chicken sandwich and I pulled back around immediately. They say over the speaker they aren’t accepting orders because they’re shutting down for the night. Last I checked, they’re open till 1am. This is not the first time I’ve gone there and their frosty machine was down. I’ll never return to this location, I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes to another location

I placed an order through ubereats and the careless workers sent me a strawberry drink! Im severely allergic to strawberries and they had not a care in the world to double check my order before just sending anything! As a customer once I pay for something I expect to get just that. I don’t want to receive just anything because the workers refuse to do their job! My mouth and dace is currently swollen and I am headed to get checked! I tried calling the location many times and the phone rung once then hung up. My food was cold, fries were burnt, and nuggets were stale as if they were sitting for a long time!

There were pluses and minuses today. Wife ordered large chili with cheese, no onions. Out of large containers, so she got 2 small one’s in its place. She also told the heavy set Hispanic that she wanted fries, too. So, it came out, no cheese, no fries. Now she had to order fries. I also had a medium fries. Both of them barely warm even though we asked for them hot & straight out of the oil.
So I went to get the missing cheese. The plus, the other server, or cook, gave us another chili with cheese. It’s nice when they give you something extra for a TRUE mistake, not someone trying to get free stuff. But, she complained, that it wasn’t as hot as the other without it. My guess, the cheese was cold and it cooled down the chili. Do they have microwaves?
The ketchup dispenser was out. I asked the Hispanic, who looked like he didn’t care about anything, for ketchup & that the pump was out. It wasn’t busy, someone should have filled it.
By now,asking for corrections, I didn’t want to have them make hot fries. I suggest something should be done to improve stocking, service, and food delivered hot. The Hispanic may need a warning. I didn’t see a name tag. Heavy set, shorter black hair, working the register on 08-31-25 at about 4 pm.

I dont know why is not busy inside but i came two times at 2 am and 3 am the food it was fresh same as today, i have tried a lot of fast food around me but only this place it looks that have serious staf, also staff looks so nice and helpfull.
