I visited this McDonald’s location to purchase food for my children. My order included a McDouble from the $5 menu and a Happy Meal. Upon returning home, I discovered that the order provided was incorrect. I subsequently contacted the establishment to report the discrepancy. The individual who answered the call was the same employee who had assembled my order. She maintained that the order she prepared was accurate and then hung up on me. I decided to drive up there and talk to a manager, who also acted like she didn’t know who answered the phone when I asked for the staff’s name, but it’s cool, I have a video. This location is always getting orders wrong or giving out cold food. The staff are disrespectful.

I’ve always had a good experience at this location on suburban. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. I also come here every day for a Coke. Either there or the one on Cope. A manager came and asked me is there something wrong with the machine? I said no. Continue to ask me why I was doing it the way I told her so I can get the perfect amount of syrup so I end up getting more soda water basically. She says I have soda water in the back and I was like OK . Then said we can’t waste first of all whatever waste is happening as nobody’s business because they didn’t pay for it. Come here every single day and I’ve never had a problem. Until the manager wants to come up to me today acting like I’m stupid. Of course I called corporate and was told when I pay for my soda. I can get it anyway I want to. You guys should be receiving something about that shortly. I am going to add that. I usually don’t come until a little bit later, but everybody is so friendly nice and helpful whenever I come in. The lines can be long but they get them down pretty fast.

So I just went through the drive-through of this McDonald’s I ordered a big Mac meal with a large sweet tea and a 20 piece McNugget with sweet-and-sour sauce I get my drink and I get my food and I get home and when I taste the drink, it is unsweet and it has no ice or nothing in it. Keep in mind. I’m only three minutes away from the McDonald’s and they didn’t put my sauce in the bag in the nuggets were burnt overall not a very good McDonald’s.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. The employees were rude and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone. I was polite and simply wanted help with my order. This experience made me not want to return. Management needs to retrain staff on basic customer service.

12/24/2025 I ordered a strawberry shake for my daughter, and the ignorant lady who worked there purposely gave me a vanilla shake and told me that it was “white strawberry”. I didn’t argue or order a new one because I was running late for work. Please teach your employees the difference between vanilla and strawberry shake.

Beware, don’t attempt to use the app to order food unless you’re in the parking lot or physically in the building because it won’t go through, they’ll charge you and gladly take your money and then tell you they didn’t get the order and have you order again and take your money again and when I called the manager that’s exactly what he said and that my money “should be refunded ” since the order wasn’t picked up. I intend to contact corporate office about their app and possibly the attorney general as well, they’re crooks and don’t care about their customers what so ever. Save yourself the headache and go next door to Wendy’s, their food is far superior anyways.

Usually I have a good experience here. Today was absolutely horrible. First they get my order wrong after they took $70 from me. So I go back to the window they ask for all my bags of food. I give it to them. They take 25 minutes put the cold food that’s now been sitting out for 30 minutes give it back to me “organized” still miss food from my order and it’s cold. Waste of time and money they need new management and employees.

went in, not busy as all just normal to 3-4 people. Ordered on the screens kiosks. Receipt didn’t come out but didn’t mind and the workers were working back and front didn’t bother to ask only until a take out bag was on the table. this girl (employee) proceeds to hand me 5 slips of the monopoly cards. I then didn’t take it because I told her “ oh a bit ago we didn’t get our number so I don’t know if this is our bag “ she then asks what I got and I told her. Mind you the receipt was facing towards her tape: onto the bag like any other take out bag. Then she said that was my order and turnt the bag around and I just took a quick glance and then I said okay. No problems because it’s a normal customer question. She walks away then turns back and rolled her eyes at me and her face went looking at me as if I did something to her. Who let these workers have so much attitude. I get it you’re working a long shift but no need to give me a whole attitude when I didn’t want to grab the wrong bag. Me being respectful asking you, and everything just happened so quick. So I hope you guys will retrain customer service. This all happened.
I got home and opened my mc crispy, it was soggy, the meat was slightly glossy. I took a bite before I noticed how hard it was to bite it and how glossy stringy it is. I don’t know what it is but, this is the first time I’ve experienced this eating from McDonald. I’m about to get food poisoning. Service is terrible, food is awful and not cooked all the way. I hope that you guys resolve this and not just let your workers chit chat at the back and serve your customers with a good attitude.
