This place should just be called “IforgetYourFood” cause that’s all they do!!! I CAN NEVER leave this damn restaurant without missing something, how does that happen?!?! Also, why are the chicken sandwiches so damn hard? Popeyes chicken sandwiches are SUPPOSED to be soft, juicy, crunchy, but this Popeyes somehow makes them taste like a hockey puck, EVERY TIME. Popeyes is supposed to be one of the best restaurants on this strip but everytime I have it I just leave severely disappointed. Do better!!!! Does management even care about this place??? Not returning until they truly turn things around.

Wow,for $17.98 on DoorDash and this is what I received. And I had to wait 23minutes for the food AT THE RESTAURANT!!!!!! Popeyes is no good in Norwich,CT

Worst employees! Evening/afternoon shifts are so lazy, they even sound mad when I ordered 24 pcs chicken wings at 9pm. Went there again today coz food was good, same lazy employees forgot to give my 6 pcs chicken wings and only gave 18 with very few sauce! Fire those employees there are much better people who are willing to work properly.

We had to wait 30 minutes for an order we placed 15 minutes prior. No customers at the drive thru or in store. There was enough workers in the store but there wasn’t a sense of urgency. They opted to give us other items before cooking what we actually ordered.
Maybe they need to prepare the mobile orders as soon as they’re received so we can get our food on time.

Worker forgot my drinks and sauce because they are trying to multitask being the drive thru employee, the cook and assembly.
EDIT: Went again for mobile order and somehow for the third time, sauce is missing from my order. I will not be using Norwich again.

I stopped here and purchased “The Sandwich”. I got the spicy version and I found it to be very DRY!
I have been here previously, and I have been to many other Popeyes locations… This was absolutely the worst Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich I have ever had. It was hard dry, not to mention very thin compared to every other sandwich I’ve gotten from a Popeyes.
I guess you can slice the meat thin to try to make some extra money off of your product, but if you’re going to do that, I guess you need to realize it’s gonna cook much faster.
I’m not sure what’s going on here, but this thing was Garbage.
Words cannot express my disappointment enough. I’m leaving two stars overall, which is probably quite generous.

IT WAS SO AMAZING!!!!! It was my first time eating chicken sandwich in Popeyes, and it was so different from the other fast food restaurants
The chicken was so juicy and the buns were so soft!!!
And their mashed potatoes with gravy were so delicious too!!! Strongly recommend!!!
