After reading these reviews, I’d have to say my attempt to order from here was successfully unsuccessful. lol. So I was there almost exactly 1 hour earlier, which would’ve been about 10 minutes after midnight. I pulled around the side, saw there were 2 drive-thru lanes and already had 1 car in each. So I paused to see which would leave first, it turned out to be the right lane, so I pulled in there. As things are supposed to go, the left lane got served next and I waited, though it took quite awhile, like almost 10 minutes. Finally they pull out and I assume I’m next, right? Nope. Next car pulled into that left lane and although I was sitting there waiting to hear a voice, nothing, and then I hear them over there starting to serve that car that just pulled into that left lane. HUH?? Seriously? I say into the intercom that I don’t even know is being heard or not…”hey, what are you doing? I was next!”. Nothing. Bye bye. One and done. But like I said, I hadn’t read the reviews beforehand and now that I just did, wow….I was soooo lucky. ha!

Went through the drive-through trying to order my food. The gentleman in the drive-through couldn’t help me so I came inside the lady inside. I asked to make a wrap into a big Mac. I will pay the price. It was a problem. This lady threw a fit and still tried to sell me something I was not paying for. Asked for a manager and he was just as rude !! Y’all got employees playing around and outside smoking weed but I can’t get my food ? Just crazy !! Your manger is too buddy buddy with his employees your employees can’t even acknowledge people and this is at 5:30pm so I can only imagine the rest of the day !

Nothing special and my second fish sandwich was horrible. By the luck of the draw I picked to eat the better sandwich first. Then decided to wait for the second one later. Got home hours later to discover that the sandwich had barely no tartar sauce and the fish wasn’t even fully on the bun

This is the best McDonalds in the Toledo area by far. I drive out of my way to go there because its always fast and fresh day or night also the staff is super friendly. Keep up the good work u guys are awesome!

Ordered online and it came really fast. My food and fries were still hot. I opened the Big Mac container and something didn’t look right. I lifted the top bun and saw the middle bun. The burger and toppings was missing. I contacted support even sent pictures. I was told nothing can be done it’s no refunds on this order. They can take my order and money and send me an incomplete order and I just have to accept it. That’s BS!

Manager was in an interview so customers couldn’t complete free or special offers. The employee approached her for a code which didn’t work & when we remarked about the inconvenience she said, “ you wanna come back here & work?”

I work at McDonald’s, so I know how things usually go. We got ALL of our fries like this. I brought this to one of the managers attention (after a long while of employees literally looking at us and ignoring us) and she denied them being raw… do you really think fries are supposed to look like that? She told us she just changed the oil but if you did then the problem is the fact that fries were set down way too soon before the oil could heat up! And you can CLEARLY tell they aren’t even cooked. If that’s the case then you should say that to the customers and tell them that they’ll be waiting on fries, not serve them raw. However, she told us she would put them down in the oil again… nope, she set them right back down in the back and handed it to us the EXACT SAME WAY, SHE DIDN’T EVEN PUT IT IN THE OIL. She then tried to tell us that she “tested it” to make sure they weren’t raw like first of all what are your hands doing in a customer’s food? She made NO effort to fix the situation and honestly if that’s how you handle things then you shouldn’t be a manager at all. I hope this lady gets fired because this is not how managers should handle business

Got 5 happy meals and a bacon buffalo deluxe sandwich get home and my bacon buffalo was not a deluxe tried calling 3 times and got hung up on them go back to the restraunt they remake my bacon buffalo sandwich I get in car and check it it has 2 messy tomatoes and like no lettuce and at that it was shredded little pieces that not how the burger is advertised highly not recommended
