Drive through took forever, maybe 10 minutes. I ordered a basket of fries and a lot of the time when I have to wait it’s because they need to cook them, and that’s ok, but when I got them my fries were cold. If I hadn’t already waited so long for my food I would have went back.

I ordered DoorDash from this location, my food was packed neatly with perfect presentation, was hot at time of delivery, was a very delicious lunch for a great price, I got the Pens Dinner Pack to split between to people!

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese–when I got home, the burger was actually RAW in the middle. Brought it back, and they said “uh, I can make you another.”
Thanks bud but no thanks–I emailed corporate, and haven’t heard a word back.

The store manager that is representing this McDonald’s today( February 20th, 2026) is very unprofessional! Her system went down and she didn’t know how to handle the orders that came in from the mobile orders. She was rude and told people she couldn’t make their orders and that they could leave cause she didn’t know how long it would take for her system to work again. I get that McDonald’s gets very busy especially over lunch but as a manager you should have better communication skills other than having a tantrum and being frazzled cause you are busy and the system crashed. This McDonald’s should have managers who can work under pressure because I’m sure this is a high volume store and anything can happen at anytime and you have to know how to handle the situation without being nasty and rude to customers and other workers! I’ve come to this McDonald’s often and have had some issues here and there but they were handled professionally by other managers but this store manager as she called herself today was a mess and bad for your business!! I have witnesses that came and gave me their phone numbers because they couldn’t understand why she was being so nasty and mean and they were offended by her attitude as well. I hope she gets a coaching on how to handle unexpected situations without a nasty, rudy attitude towards others.

Quarter pounder was raw in the middle. Clearly this is an ongoing issue at this location. Never coming back. Will update if I poop myself.

Always polite, courteous and pleasant employees, restaurant is always clean and the food is always as you would hope/expect. Drive thru times here can tend to get a bit long though

Please train your people. When ordering through doordash, I never receive the correct order, amount of food or even something simple such as sauces. Its either lack of training or pure laziness. Thanks 🙂

Just asked to add a mcflurry to my order and was told that I’d have to go to the back of the line and for it. Asked to speak to the manager and the gentleman said he was the manager.
Not only did they lose a sale, they lost a customer(s) for life.
