Terrible customer service, 25 minutes for two burgers and 10 nuggets. Literally 3 people working on lunch, with 2 of the 3 barely speaking a word of English. Employees could have going a little harder but not entirely on them. Whoever own and manages this location need to do better!!

I give this place a one star because it says it’s 24 hours which is not 24 hours. You can order your breakfast at 4:15 or 4:30 AM in the morning and the order will go through but when you reach at the order kiosk employees are telling you that they are closed till 5 AM when it comes to McDonald’s service these days it sucks anywhere you go, but this restaurant is the worst of them all

Big shout out to Jay and Lay. They both had a lot of patience while I was using the app for the first time. Jay took the time on her break to help me to navigate the app. Everyone was welcoming and kind. The new store is clean and all the tech is up to date. They still have some finishing touches because everything has been rebuilt, but that was not a problem for me today. They are still waiting for their latte machine and the play place. I will be back to this location!

Came from Canada and stopped here before midnight on our trip to NYC. Waited more than 20(!)min at night. Kits if cars left the line after ordering or gave up before. Went somewhere else to get other food and came back. Still not done. One of the slowest MD I have been to anywhere. We thought, there must have been an issue there. Fries were mushy and cold, rest was ok but not worth the wait.

The manager Chris is one of the worst managers ever. Always delaying the deliveries for no reason. You call him out multiple time and he ignores you every time. He keeps putting deliveries orders on the side until the food gets cold. Management needs to do better at night time!!

First time at this location today 10-10-25. Got our food, we got home and my Big Mac had ONE burger that looked HALF eaten! Absolutely disgusting! Threw away my food and scrubbed my teeth and mouth so quick because where the hell was the rest of that burger!!!
