I just want to give this review in reference to the dining area. When I walked in all the tables were dirty. Food from other customers left everywhere. Food and debris were under the table. What I liked was the manger noticed the dining area was in a need for clean up. The manager immediately came out and cleaned up. Swept up, wiped the tables down. Restocked things near the soda station. I did like the Halloween decorations. Besides that my food came to my table hot. The young woman brought my food with a smile. Keep up the good work at this Indian Trail NC location. Only thing I couldn’t give a review on was the men’s bathroom. That’s because I didn’t need to go .

I waited 40 minutes for my order. That’s a very long time.
I placed my order at 6:06 p.m. On my receipt, the order was marked as completed, but I was still waiting. After 15 minutes, I approached the staff to ask how much longer it would take, and I was told to continue waiting. After another 15 minutes, I asked again and received the same response.
When the total waiting time reached 40 minutes, I approached the staff once more, and only then did they start preparing my order.
When I finally sat down to eat, I realized that the sauces I requested were missing. I had to go back again and wait about 5 more minutes to receive them. By that time, my food had already become cold.
Throughout this experience, the staff did not seem polite or interested in helping. I was very disappointed with the service.

I’ve had better experiences at McDonald’s. The restaurant was clean, but the wait time was longer than expected even though it wasn’t very busy. My order was correct, but the food wasn’t very hot and the fries tasted like they had been sitting for a while. The staff was friendly, but overall it was an average experience.

I arrived at the speaker and sat there for a few minutes and no one said anything. So I drove around because the hours say that they are open. As I go around I see 2 people in the back. One with a headset. So I attempt to ask if they were open just so I know my next move as I am tired from traveling from Georgia to work out here tonight. They both looked me in my eyes and continued to ignore me as if I wasn’t there. VERY unprofessional. The petite manager lady looked as if she laughed that I was at the window rather then simply communicating or acknowledging my presence as a customer. I’m understanding and I know what it’s like to get off of a shift. That’s not an excuse to be rude. Very angry customer.

Yall suck honestly how do you have so much reliance on a kiosk that you allow someone to come in, stand there for 25 minutes. As people go through the orders and you don’t take them at all. And actively ignored the fact that the person is trying to order. The reason I was trying to order in person was because the machine was not letting me select add another for a dollar a girl walks up and says, I’ll be with you in 1 second. I waited, she never came back. Another girl came to take my order than start flirting with the manager giggling about their break i went outside, had to drive around to go order which the poor girl. I’m guessing who is training. I had no idea what I was talking about. Buy add one

This place has really hit the skids. The food arrives luke warm at best. I went in for breakfast this morning. Was eating in so I took one of the little cones. Fifteen minutes later I hadn’t gotten my food. Went up to the counter to see my order sitting on a tray. I asked the woman why it hadn’t been delivered. Her English was so poor she had to get someone else. Of course my order was cold. Ray Kroc would be ashamed. Won’t be back.

There’s only two of us and I gotta take orders and make food and there’s only two of us.“ I didn’t say a word to this guy before that. No reason to be so rude.

I ordered a Double quarter pounder with cheese and they gave me a Big Mac. Which wasn’t a problem until I opened my box and saw a Big Mac with no patties. The Fries were nice and hot though!

The fries were hot which make for a great meal however my double cheeseburger was give to my toddler in her happy meal and I got a regular one. They didnt put only ketchup on either on so my child only had apples and fries ♀️
