Locally owned and operated, we are proud to be one of Marco Island’s original ice-cream shops and have enjoyed watching Marco grow over the years. Sweet Annie’s was created to give residents and visitors alike a nostalgic sweet spot to go to, after the beach, dinner, or even a bike ride. We curated our shop to offer visitors a total experience. We are much more than delicious hand-scooped ice-cream. Come in a browse the island’s largest selection of vintage candy, retro soda, puzzles and novelties. Take home an ice cream pie, pint or box of sweet-water taffy. Plus, we recently added a huge bulk candy wall where guests can select their favorite candies and purchase by the pound.

Sweet Annie’s Ice Cream & Candy Shoppe is such a gem. From the moment you walk in, the bright neon signs and classic candy shop vibe make you feel like a kid again.
The pistachio ice cream was outstanding — perfectly creamy with just the right nutty flavor. Absolute perfection. The coconut was equally delicious, smooth and rich without being overly sweet. You can tell they care about quality.
And the candy selection? So much fun. They have an incredible variety that brings back all the childhood memories — it’s impossible not to smile walking through.
If you’re in the area and craving ice cream or just a little sweet nostalgia, this is the spot. We’ll definitely be back for more scoops.

I went here with my husband for the first time since we’re new to the area and it was so cute! It has this nostalgic feeling and the ice cream was sooo good. The cones were still crunchy and we went at night!The service was great and I will definitely come back.

I was on vacation and stumbled upon this ice cream shop and what a find! The ice cream was so delicious, and the portion sizes were amazing. I ordered just one scoop and it was huge! Great flavor, great value, and such a treat during my trip. Highly recommend!

Nice local ice cream shop with candy and gifts as well. Plenty of flavors to choose from and extremely generous proportions. Ice cream was not over sweet and had great consistency. The shop is also a candy and gift shop. Some old school candy and gum choices, plus new ones for what kids like these days. Benches outside and decent amount of seating inside, plus clean restrooms. Ample parking in the lot.

We came here with some friends and we are glad we did because the Ice cream here was stellar! We tried a lot of flavors and I even got a banana split and it was delicious. They hooked me up with a ton of ice cream and toppings and I was so full. I highly recommend checking this place out and we will definitely be back.
