Went there for lunch, the service was great and food was as well. Their salsa was okay, I think some more cilantro and texture would be a little better but that’s more preference. Will continue to go back if the service remains as good and the food stays the same!

Atmosphere could use a little facelift/decor. The smell was the worst part. The smell of artificial air freshener was so strong. Food was decent. Better than some but not as good as others. We ordered corn tortillas with our fajitas and they brought out flour. When we inquired they said they were out of corn. Horchata was watery. Margarita was good. Large menu with a lot of options. Definitely worth a try.

Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant in Midland is always a treat! Their chips and salsa are some of the best around — super fresh, crunchy chips and a salsa that has the perfect flavor and kick. And their margaritas? So refreshing and made just right every time. It’s the perfect combo to start any meal. If you’re looking for great Mexican food with amazing starters and drinks, this is definitely the spot!

Decent food with good presentation and great prices for the amount of food. Not authentic though… Horchata didn’t taste right and the fried icecream was just rolled in what looked like cornflakes. The churros were good though. The fajita steak burrito could feed two people! Had to take half home. Good service with friendly staff and no wait on a Sunday afternoon.

Love the environment here and outdoor sitting. I got the fried steak burritos and they were bomb. Parking lot is very small so you’ll have to walk a little. Disadvantage is that there’s no indoor waiting area. It’s very cramped and crowded when you first walk through the door.
