Fist time eating there started out ruff! They didn’t bring out our order and forgot it. Unfortunately myself and coworkers were on lunch break and had to reorder and wait for our food all over again. But on the good size the beef was amazing and the sweet waffle fries were delicious all in all I’d say service aside we loved the food. This establishment was located in Carthage Mo. The store’s atmosphere was mediocre and plane just like you would expect from any other establishment.

So first off I go through the drive through for 2 double cheeses no mustard w/ lg sprite. Well they give me the wrong food first (second photo) and no straw with my order… I go back through to get it fixed, they give me 2 double cheeses and my straw, one had mustard the other did not. How do you mess up my order twice in a row…. I also didn’t receive my receipt but luckily I used the app and was able to pull up my most recent order

Okay so it’s a five-star review because McDonald’s is McDonald’s and how can you rate or compare McDonald’s with anything else? There is nothing like it. The food is there when you need it or want it. It’s exactly what you expect every time. The chicken nuggets are the same chicken nuggets. They have been forever. The french fries or the french fries and the double cheeseburgers are the double cheeseburgers. There is no questioning or mistaking that every time you go to this restaurant everyone knows exactly what they are going to get every time and McDonald’s provides that for us as a society.
You cannot compare McDonald’s with any other restaurant. You cannot compare this to Burger, King or Hardee’s. They are completely different establishments. The only similarities they have is yes. They do serve burgers and fries however, McDonald’s burgers is their own Burger. That doesn’t mean that it’s better. That doesn’t mean that it is inherently different. It is meat toppings cheese on a bun. It would be like comparing apples to freezer burritos. While they are both food, they are completely different types of food. McDonald’s food is in a category of its own. That does not mean that it is better than everything else out there. It does not mean that it is worse than anything out there. This is why there is no way I can give this place any less than five stars because it is exactly what you expect it to be every single time.

I’ve never got to eat their food and was excited to try them for the first time. But after 25min of waiting in the drive thru with no help after being told they’d be right with me, I decided that burger king was a better option than this place. I’ve had to deliver for the a few times before also and have had the exact same issues as this time except I had to go inside to pick up my delivery orders, so was thinking their drive thru would be quicker, guess I was wrong.

Dont waste your money. We ordered uber eats through them, after the restaurant forgot our stuff I called up to the resturant they then proceeded to tell me on the phone we could have another driver go up to recieve the rest or there was nothing they can do. Why should we pay because you didnt give us our entire order we’ve already paid for and paid the driver for? Not only that you obviously have our names from uber eats write it down and offer a free fry next time we come in? Its not rocket science they simply dont know how to take responsibility. This was so ridiculous I wrote my first bad review ever.

This is hands down the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. I consistently get slow service, the wrong food, cold food, and today just tops it all… I ordered two cheeseburgers and received what is pictured. I took it back and spoke with the manager Melissa. She tried to brush my concerns off by saying she has new people in the kitchen… as a manager you are responsible for the employees training… I understanding missing onion or pickles…. but the whole meat patty on two burgers?! Come on McDonalds get your act together. This location needs better management and better training.
