this absolutely laughable!! The new menu items the dippers 5.49 for this junk, it’s gotta be harder to make. It’s so small and why would I order this with the other menu items about the same price in the picture is absolutely misleading. This Taco Bell is hands-down one of the worst run fast-food locations I’ve ever experienced. Orders are wrong every single time missing items, incorrect food, zero quality control. It’s actually impressive how consistently they mess it up.
The staff is rude, dismissive, and visibly annoyed that customers exist. There’s no urgency, no accountability, and clearly no management doing anything remotely resembling supervision. They count on people not driving back to fix their mistakes, and it shows.
This isn’t a staffing issue it’s a leadership failure. The entire operation needs to be shut down, cleaned out, and rebuilt from the ground up. This location should honestly be embarrassed to be associated with the brand.
I will never return, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to spend their money literally anywhere else.

Store is so dirty, everyone looks disorganized, the staff are rude and unattentive. They need to close this store down, its a complete bigsty. If you can – go to the store on main street. The staff are too busy gossiping and standing around to make your food.
The bigger tall black woman was rude choosing to gossip than greet a customer at the counter.
The shorter quiet white woman on the backup line who made my burrito – that burrito was the best burrito i have had at this taco bell. The beans were hydrated perfectly. Hats off to you

I’ve been in this Taco Bell several times but never been like this one The lady that was fixing the food for the dinette would not apparently wait on men. I went in order my food on the kiosk needed paid with cash she looked at me step staring at me for at least a good feel like 5 minutes probably like 1 minute and then she finally asked me do you need to order and I was like no I just didn’t pay for my food I’ll order them I will be right ready and she just stood there with her finger up her butt didn’t wait on me didn’t come get her The lady at the drive-thru finally came over and took my money then I’d notice that every man came in there she did not wait on but once a woman came in she would take off her gloves and walk up to the counter asked him they need anything.

I ordered a 5 layer beef burrito tonight. The wait was long around the drive thru and it was raining. I paid for my order then waiting again as the service worker walks away a long time. I am having my meal and the burrito has no beef and is loaded with beans all the way thru. The tortilla is stale and tastes funky and has a gamey texture.

This taco bell need to replace the whole management and crew members who work there. 3 different time I ordered food from this taco bell, I order the doritos locos supreme and the taco shells are always soggy at the bottom and stuck to the cardboard or paper. Tacos are usually made fresh to order, but the crew don’t care, they are unclean and don’t care about the quality of food. They don’t care if they cross contaminated the food or nothing. I came inside and watched the line crew make food. Two of the line workers was touching dusty boxes in the back, came back to the line, did not change gloves and proceeded to make people’s food. The other guy with gloves, stopped making food, scratched his head, did not change his gloves and proceeded to make food. Immediately I asked for a refund before they even started making my food. Flies were covered on the front counter meaning it has not been routine cleaning done. Higher management need to investigate how this business is being ran and if this keep continuing, the health department could shut this place down!

Coming from a retail store manager, It’s probably not the best business practice to talk bad about your customers. Especially while they’re still in the restaurant and within earshot. This location needs some serious training in customer service.
I wish I knew her name but the one who made the rude comments was a larger woman with her blonde hair in a bun. She then followed us out so she could smoke and continued muttering off comments on her way out.
We will be going to one of the other 3 locations nearby from now on instead.

This is by far the most unprofessional and inadequate Taco Bell iv ever been to. Instead of consistently getting order correct, they consistently get orders wrong and always forget something. God forbid you ask for no sour cream or customize your order because they act like you’re asking the biggest task in the world. Let’s not forget to mention that the food is NEVER hot, not even warm, Visit after visit it’s been a constant issue with something missing or incorrect in the order. They assume customers won’t drive the 5-10 minutes back to get what’s wrong fixed or missing, so there isn’t any initiative to want to fix anything or do better. I’d give 0 stars if that was an option. I will NEVER be returning or revisiting this location anymore and will go the extra 5-10 minutes OUT of my way to the other location that will get everything correct. DO NOT VISIT.
