The customer service is top notch, but the food leaves my wallet empty and stomach not quite full. Red Robin used to be the place you could count on for a large steaming burger with fresh fries. It’s just not the same as it used to be.
The servers are extremely kind and caring though! They can’t control the prices or food quality.
The restaurants can accommodate large groups though, which is a plus.

The restaurant was pretty empty at 430 ish, but the people were extremely nice and accommodating! Fast and friendly service (sitting in the bar area) attentive even as the restaurant started to fill. Food was yummy, not near enough fries,but still yummy! It was a pretty good experience! 11/13* We will definitely be back soon!

Decided to give Red Robin another shot. Sat down with no menus. Ordered the whiskey bbq chicken. Soggy chicken with a pool of sauce on top of the chips. Didn’t taste right either. Waste of $20. Worst service I have ever experienced at any restaurant. No silverware as well no napkins had to use my sisters wooden skewer from her burger. Definitely will never return. So many better places in town with better service and quality to choose from.

My burger showed up with half a patty. No exaggeration; it looked like it could have been from a previous half eaten burger. We couldn’t believe it. The last couple times we ordered take out; there were several mistakes made/missing items. It’s really unfortunate because we have been eating there about every three weeks to once a month for years. We let it go for a while for all the great service and food in the past, But we can’t give them a pass on this one. That and we have noticed – at least the last couple times times there – a completely different staff. Our server was ok, but overall the vibe was just off.

The service was much better than the last chain restaurant we visited. The server was attentive & very friendly. She was great at her job. The food just okay for me. I liked my drink and it was very strong. My daughter loves this place and she picked it because she loves the mac & cheese and also the milk shake. She was very happy.

So I came here for my birthday a couple weeks ago after I got done working and it was perfect. Hadn’t had a burger in ages and this place was one of the few sit-down places open this side of town I could think of. I got the Parmesan brussel sprouts….sooo yummy but I love brussel sprouts so to each their own, a white Russian, garlic broccoli for my never ending side and a side of their sweet potato fries…(cause I am picky and if I didn’t like them, I didn’t want them as my never ending side) and for the burger I got the bonzi with pickles added for a counter balance to all the sweet on the burger….man did it not disappoint! After serving people all day I sat at the bar, put my ear buds in and didn’t really interact much as I needed some me time, the bartender checked on me just enough to where I was cared for and topped off but not hovered over. I will be back. And here I am 2 weeks later to try another one…

10/17/23- I don’t have Red Robin in my town so I stopped for lunch. I was glad I did. Theresa was on shift and she handled all the guest alone.
I ordered the Scorpion Gourmet Burger because I like spicy food. It has a spicy taste but not so hot you can’t taste your food. The bottomless steak fries are always good.
They were busy and short handed but they did a great job getting our food out. I’ll go by again before leaving.

When I asked for TAJIN on the mango lemonade as advertised on the menu this is what I got! (You can also see the 1/2 inch of mango syrup at the bottom they never bothered to stir. Lazy. No pride. Dirty restaurant. I won’t be back

Charlie in the Bushes
Family and friends used to go here so much as a kid. It’s pretty much how it’s always been which is good but slightly worse (the arcade and changing times). Hopefully they won’t suffer the same fate as Chucky cheeses where they modernize every thing and make it more child friendly but in a food version.
