Today I had a very bad experience at the drive-thru of this Popeyes. The employee who assisted me, a red-haired woman, was rude, rushed, and very unprofessional. She didn’t seem to know how to properly serve customers and showed no willingness to help.
The service was so poor that it made me feel uncomfortable and not valued as a customer. If this person is truly a manager, the company should seriously look into this, because she is not representing the brand well or providing quality service.
I come to Popeyes expecting good customer service, but this experience was completely disappointing. I hope management addresses what is happening at this location.

I normally ALWAYS choose this location but the last at least 4 times I have driven 20 minutes to this location I’m always told “we have no spicy” “we have no wings” “we have no dark meat” and then if they do have it I have to wait almost another 20 minutes in the parking lot to even receive my food. This location is never busy when I drive pass or even when I come so I’m highly confused as to why no matter what time of day I come they NEVER have the items ready to serve. I don’t normally leave reviews but this has to change. Being advertised at a fast food restaurant and nothing ever being fast is frustrating

If I could give this Popeyes NO STARS, I absolutely would. They don’t even deserve one. I waited over 25 minutes after being told to park, only to go inside and find out they never even started my order. The staff were just standing around, and the manager was on break the entire time. Not a single person apologized or seemed to care. When I finally got my food, the chicken was warm not fresh after all that waiting. Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Just went there. Once I figure out her name.!a Anyways very rude young lady. She wasn’t the manager was an associate. Long black hair , nails done. Not sure how to really describe her. Just so rude and staring hard and so much attitude in her voice.

One thing I don’t like is blatant false advertisement. Is this the only location that doesn’t serve spicy dark meat randomly? Like is it true that this location only does white meat spicy. Because when i look at the menu it has an option for dark meat spicy. Tell your employees to stop lying. I would’ve understood if they had been out of it even thought it’s unlikely since it was before 12:00pm. Instead of just saying we don’t serve dark meat spicy at all.

It took 17 minutes to acknowledge that I was standing and waiting to order. There were five people walking around. This place needs leadership now! 29 minutes to get food. Don’t stop if you want coleslaw they are out!

Oneily was very pleasing, very attentive, and made sure that everything in my order was correct. She is amazing and delightful! She is very sweet and customer service oriented. I was really pleased with her service!
