I ordered Taco Bell through DoorDash. My taco salad had no meat in it whatsoever and my food was extremely cold. My quesadilla had not even been heated up before being put into the bag and I found a piece of tomato randomly inside the cheese none the less I wanted to try the churros for the first time no sugar or nothing on them and ofc not hot either ,these people gave me whatever they wanted to. Sadly I spent over $20 on a waste of food and of course Taco Bell does not pick up their phone. Just don’t eat here maybe go to pines rd.

Everytime we visit the Mansfield Rd. Shreveport location there is always a problem. Tried calling numerous times but only get busy signal. On this day 1-5-26 we order loaded beef nacho and 4 cheesy melts add seasoned ground beef and add tomatoes. I get home and there are no tomatoes on any of the melts despite being charged $3.00 for the tomatoes. Tried calling the number on the receipt and all you get is a busy signal. We had two orders in the same car asked for both hot and mild sauce for both large orders. He gave 4/5 packs and said the other bag already had sauce. That was not correct. Only the last bag that we had to ask for sauce got sauce. You all must really mess up alot of orders to have the phone off the hook so as not to deal with customer complaints. You need to get it together. Owners or Taco Bell Corporate office needs to step in to correct these issues issues. If only I knew how to add a photo to this review I would. Our 1st order was over $35. And 2nd was over $19.00. And 3 mild and 2 hot does not

I went through the drive thru on 12/2/25 at 6:09 pm. After having a very frustrating day all I wanted was something to eat and to go home. At the speaker I ordered a burrito supreme. I asked if they had Pepsi Zero and was told by someone who seemed like they didn’t really care… “we have all the Pepsi products”. Then I asked to add a couple of Cinnabons. I get to the window and the young lady with a blonde wig and long gold nails flings a paper bag at me and starts to hand me this green drink. I ask about the burrito supreme, I ordered, and she tells me I didn’t order one. I told her yes I did. And then I asked her what is the green thing that she’s trying to hand me and she says something under her breath that I didn’t quite catch to find out later that it was a Mountain Dew Baja breeze, which is loaded with caffeine and I didn’t want. And I said, where is the Pepsi zero that I ordered and she said we’re out… Wait, what, you just told me you have all the Pepsi products clearly you don’t. So then I ask again about my burrito in which she, as I tried to hand her my debit card so I can buy it at the window and she says she can’t do that. Are you kidding me? Every other fast food can take it at the window. It’s not complicated, take the card go to the register order my burrito and give me my burrito. She refuses and says she can’t do it at the window. By this time I’m pissed. And I tell her that I’ve had a crappy day and she has a bad attitude. People like this should not be working the window. Do better and train them. There are people who are in their older generation that want to work and would gladly take this job and instead I’m dealing with somebody who’s maybe 19 or 20, who doesn’t wanna work.

Same old people giving the same scrappy service and food and expecting to get paid more. They laugh on the mic while trying to order…then dude with nappy hair trying to fight his co worker and then looking at me like why I have a issue with this while I have to wait for him to make my food…..please Taco Bell shut this place down and fire everyone here

To lady that works in drive thru: thank you for paying for my food. You didn’t have to do that! I know you over heard me saying I want to pay for the people in front of me. I was doing that as a kind gesture and shown people there are still good people in the world and you proved that as well. Thank you truly!

I am disappointed with the management and lack of professionalism at this restaurant. On Google Maps, it clearly states that they open at 9:00 AM, but when I arrived, the place was still closed even at 9:30 AM. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue here. If the restaurant cannot open on time, they should update their hours online to avoid misleading customers. It shows poor organization and carelessness, and it makes customers lose trust.
