While traveling to a Powwow, my family and I were caught in a severe thunderstorm. The closest place to us from the turnpike was this McDonald’s location.
The staff was super friendly, one even opened the door for us. Everyone was very welcoming. It was a smaller-sized McDonald’s and was not very busy.
As we waited for the storm to pass we ordered food from the mobile “shareables” menu. Everything was hot and fresh. The staff continually checked in with us and asked if there was anything else we needed.
Overall, it made for a great experience and helped us pass the time for the duration of the storm before proceeding on our journey. I hope the staff and workers of this location get the recognition for their kindness and hospitality.

Unfortunately that was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had in a long time. Placed a mobile order to pick up in drive thru. It took 29 minutes to get through the drive thru and drive away. Both windows were having trouble with matching cars and orders. Order was correct thank goodness but coffee was warm and one of the burgers was a complete wreck with sauce. I did go inside to use the restroom and cleanliness was not great. I hate giving bad reviews but would recommend using a different location if possible.

Order on app to be brought to table they just yelled names out then ordered something else inside they gave the table number to be brought to table and again just yelled number out tables weird why have the option or say going to happen then not? They weren’t very busy and every table had not been wiped down. Food was ready pretty quick though.

I ordered from the kiosk 2 items (not special order) and waited 38 minutes watching 5 to 6 other people order and leave. The cashier was having trouble with language barriers on an order while the manager was clueless sitting in the lobby.
I finally asked and the cook from the ba k helped me. The counter person didn’t even acknowledge me.
I come here once a week to get a fliet of fish for my ninety year old father and every time we order its wrong.

So we are from out of town and we stopped by the drive thru only to be told we have to go inside bc their card reader doesn’t work but the one up front does! That’s what the manager said! Poor service making ppl come inside bc you have a malfunction with your equipment! What if I was in a hurry… they couldn’t ring it up and swipe my card up front and hand me my food???

Worst McDonald’s ever!!!! I try to avoid coming to this McDonalds unless I’m really hungry and wanting to grab somewhere quick since I haven’t been in about a year I thought maybe it would be better yea no not the case at all all my buns for my cheeseburgers and mchickens were burnt and tasted like burnt bread and the texture was so hard to even chew!!! We asked for regular fries not any special request and they came without any salt at all!!!! My husband got a large meal and they gave him a medium cup!!! Employees were also overall rude when taking order and grabbing money for payment!!! If u can just go to the turnpike or chandler this place for the last 6 years has been like this!!!! As a former employee at a McDonalds this needs to change never seen one as bad as this!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!
