The last four times I’ve gone to this location. I was once told they were closed 20 minutes before normal closing time. The second time My order was completely incorrect and I threw it out.
The closing staff is out of control partying in the parking lot and ignoring or just being obnoxious to late night customers as myself as I work the night shift… they have gone so far as to say they are closed in drive thru at 30 minutes b4 scheduled closing time??? They s3em amused to say they are closed or don’t have your ordered item on hand. it’s a real shame.. Because this location Used to be so good. One time the night closing supervisor was extremely rude when my wallet was stolen.. First he said he had it then claimed it disappeared and must have been given out to someone else on day shift because he left it in safe the night before….
I felt like I was being scammed while just trying to grab a cheeseburger on the way home from work as an er nurse. I live very close but still go out my way to avoid this location

McDonald’s fries and apple pie are absolute perfection! The fries are always hot, crispy, and perfectly salted — honestly, they might be my favorite snack ever. And the apple pies? I had to leave a review because, as i ate in the parking lot, the food was so fresh I found my self double checking the building to make sure I was still at McDonald’s. The French fries were hot and they were crispier than potato chips. The staff was about their business, working like a team, my order was quick. I only took off a star because the men’s room smelled like a toilet. Understandable, it was evening rush. Aside from that yellow flag, I was definitely satisfied with this visit

I’d give fewer stars. They don’t prioritize freshly made food, just getting orders out fast. Over the weekend I got food poisoning from a caramel McFrappe — within 6–8 hours I was violently vomiting and having watery diarrhea. As someone with ServSafe certification who’s worked in food service, I’m really disappointed in the staff. A coworker who had the same drink got sick too.

Hi my wife was using the mobile app @ the drive thru, with a coupon for a mcgriddle and hash brown. And we ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin. Everything showed on ordering screen @ 10:05am on 10/31. And when we got to the window the woman in the back not at the window. She was Rude Yelling and extremely Disrespectful! And you never know what you’re going to get out of this woman usually. The order was incomplete and she refused to correct it, people shouldn’t come to work with a attitude or hungover!

Change yall damn sign! I was refused service at the McDonald’s at this location on 908 N.Montello Street around 10:30pm. In the daytime/afternoon they are fine serving me and never get my order wrong. But their sign clearly states dine in 2am as well as drive thru I went there after work and there were ppl before me who ordered inside. The lady told me she didn’t have to change her sign looking confused about me saying it says 2am for dine in. I had to email corporate!

Really friendly and fast service. I even dropped an earbud-it’s hard for me to bend to pick things up, and this fell behind a secured bench-and this one employee got down on his hands and knees to fish it out. If I had lots of money to give that man a big tip I would have. So kind.

I have always thought this was one of the best McDonald’s I’ve visited. The food has always been hot and fresh. The drive thru does get a bit busy during peak times and I usually try to avoid the shop as a whole during those times as it tends to make the parking dicey.
if you decide to go inside. If you do go inside you will find a clean interior and friendly staff. As with many places that rely on younger staff phones will be out from time to time, and yes I find that unacceptable. Even if it doesn’t impact your order it creates the appearance that it might be. It’s a problem everywhere you go so it would be unfair to hit this restaurant hard because of it.
The owner’s group phone number is posted all around the store. They’re clearly not afraid of feedback. When it comes to McDonald’s I would recommend this one.

This absolutely sucks. First of all, I didn’t get my points at all even though I gave them the code. and I asked for honey mustard and they DIDNT GIVE ME IT. They never get the sauces right.
