Food was excellent, everything was hot and lots of flavor. Love Collard Greens and they were an excellent side dish to the meats. Service was great and she did a nice job of keeping up with refills and checking on our meal.

Not sure if Jason is the manager or not but he needs a raise regardless lol!! Me and my boyfriend ate here last night it’s one of our favorite places to get food and he is just SO nice and good at his job. I’d probably say the best server I have ever had. Food was also delicious as always can’t wait to come back!!

Everything was great! The biscuits are my favorite and the stuffed potatoes are amazing! Large portion sizes! Customer service is great and love the staff! A must try if you have never been or keep ordering like me!!!

Our last review was seven months ago and we gave it a higher rating. The restaurant makes for a nice setting. Katlin was our server and she did a fantastic job. We were there at 11:00 am and were seated right away. She had a great personality and took very good care of our group of four. We were disappointed that they no longer have the nice lunch menu that they had several months ago. The food was good but not fantastic. I will say that one member of our group said the catfish fillets are very good. My wife felt her BBQ salad was lacking. BBQ sandwich was pretty good however the side was more like a sample. We have a local BBQ in Cullman that is really considerably more tasty. I dont see our returning real soon.

I could not have asked for a better first experience at Jim ‘N Nicks. Melissa, our server, made sure we had everything we needed when we needed it. Trace, the manager, came out to check on us and greet us personally. And, last but not least, Matt, the chef at this location, served the best brisket my wife and I have ever had.

The brisket and pulled pork are great. The chicken isn’t fully shredded/ pulled, its on big chunks cut from a whole chicken. The cheese cornbread muffins are amazing, but all the other sides are pretty meh at best. It’s also a little pricey for by the pound meats and family meals for what it is.

I’m surprised that you are still in business. All we ordered for take out was 1 whole chicken, 3lbs ribs and 6 muffins = $60. The best part was the muffins. The chicken was very slimey, wouldn’t let go of the bone like it was undercooked. The ribs were like fatty jerky. Will not be back.

It was a pleasant experience. I came here for a quick lunch from work. The food was served fast and efficient. Jason was great with the recommendations and was very helpful. Furthermore, the brisket really good and the habanero sauce was delicious. It gave a nice extra flavor to the brisket. Overall great experience.

Quick seating for 5 on a Saturday night about 6:00. Had the big baker and pork nachos. Arrived quickly. Server was great. Nevaeh. Restaurant was clean and interior temp clean comfortable.
