Great location and definitely one of the best food truck spots in Hawaii for the atmosphere.
It’s very nice, aesthetic, and cozy.
At this particular food truck, the service was good and everything looked clean, but I wasn’t fully satisfied with the food.
I ordered a rice bowl with half chicken and half lamb for $24, paying $2 extra for the mix, but the protein portion didn’t feel worth the price. The chicken was good, but the lamb wasn’t as enjoyable

Fantastic gyro in the food truck park. Buy your beer at the gas station nearby on S Kihei. Lots of seating around. Plenty of food trucks for everyone.

Love this food truck located in the South Maui Gardens. Food is fresh and excellent! Service was friendly and efficient. We had a chicken gyro, chicken rice bowl, Italian sodas & tzatziki & pita. It reminded us of the lovely food we had during our trip to Greece. We will definitely be back. If you’re looking for guaranteed great Greek food we highly recommend!

Received unseasoned chicken (very small amount) over a bed of mushy unseasoned Asian white rice with a small side salad with tzatziki sauce.
The only remotely Greek part of the meal was the sauce.

I was delighted by the quality of the Gyros in every respect! The pita itself was the perfect flavor and texture and the lamb was cooked to the ideal temp and seasoned just right.
Food trucks are not something I frequent but this is one that I admire and will be coming back to!

We had a great dinner at The Greek food truck in Kihei. The gyro’s were absolutely delicious, with fresh homemade pita, perfectly seasoned meat, and a wonderful combination of arugula, Kula tomatoes, and tzatziki that brought all the flavors together beautifully.
The feta fries were another highlight—crispy, flavorful, and topped with just the right amount of feta and herbs. The quality of the food was top-notch, and you could tell everything was made with fresh ingredients.
The atmosphere at South Maui Gardens, where the truck is located, made the experience even better. We enjoyed our meal surrounded by lush greenery and live music, making it a truly relaxing and enjoyable evening. We’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu. Highly recommended if you’re in the Kihei area!

I really liked my Italian soda. It was all I got, but it could be better. If I could make one suggestion to change the menu, it would be 1$ extra to add whipped cream to the Italian soda. Italian sodas are good, but Italian cream soda are so much better. Other then that, the staff was nice, and I love Greece, so yeah, definitely recommend.

Very impressive! The cauliflower was tender and delicious, the chickpeas have a delicious crispy coating, and the fries were savory with plenty of cheese.
