Food was decent, I ordered a chicken sandwich and the whopper. The staff/teenagers working the place weren’t on top of cleaning. They had 4 staff members just chilling and talking with one another instead of cleaning up the tables that were a mess. They also kept touching their faces and then touching the food they were handling.

Terrible restaurant. The only reason I stopped there is because its Burger King, and their food is always the same. It looks like the hamburger was made yesterday, and the sandwich looks like it had a 10 lb weight set on top of it it was flat as a pancake. I was there 20 minutes and watched five people come in because the order was wrong that went through the drive-thru. If you’re driving through here on the highway, do not stop at this Nephi Ut location. Food and services are terrible

Debbie (Deborah?) offered a friendly greeting as we entered. Although busy at the drive-thru, she was sure to let us know she’d be with us shortly. Up beat and friendly service with good recommendations and surprisingly good coffee. Excellent customer service experience from this crew!

We rarely get fast food. We stopped here to charge our Tesla and saw the BK. Our 4 year-old daughter was greeted by the manager, Kate, and given a crown and toy which made her day. Food was hot, fresh, and fast. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. What more could you ask for out of a fast food restaurant?

We stopped for a whopper in Nephi and unfortunately we walked into one of the dirtiest Burger King location I’ve been in since L.A. If the food would have been good I wouldn’t even been writing this. I get it’s a holiday weekend it’s close to closing time and everybody is ready to get out of there but you still have a job to do and an image to uphold. My wife says the best part of this visit was the young lady who took our order, she was friendly and helpful. We like Burger King so we’ll more than likely be back to other locations but this one left a lot to be desired.

Food was good as usual, but staff was not up to par nor was technology. Online orders don’t have a place inside – you have to go through the drive through, which totally defeats the point of online ordering! No one wants to wait in a long line to get their order they have already placed and paid for. Let us grab our food and go.
I happened to come here with my mom, and the person inside taking orders had no clue how to apply her mobile coupon for a free fry. It was a huge mess, and the person said he just took it off her order and would pay for it out of his pocket. What?! Train your staff PLEASE. It’s not fair to them or your customers!

This location was not good. The staff were kind but also slightly stand-offish, the shake machine was down when we went, and it took them around 10 minutes to supply us with pre-packaged ice cream pie slices. Literally all they had to do was pull them out of a freezer. I ordered the 4 cini mini pack and it was undercooked with crunchy chunks in the cinnamon. Yuck. The restaurant was not especially clean, and the drink machine was disgusting. The only reason I am giving it a third star was for the guy at the cash register who provided us with significant entertainment with the spellings of our names that he typed into the register. We were laughing over that for awhile.
