The night people at this Taco Bell must really not like their jobs. Is it really that hard to put down fresh fries after I asked specifically for them? Theyd rather just refry old ones and psss the out the window. Not a soul was there so they werent pressed for time. Not to mention every taco or burrito I get looks smashed and man handled.

I rarely go to Taco Bell anymore and when I do… I’m immediately reminded why and ask myself why do I keep paying more and more money for less and less product and flavor? It used to be a halfway decent place to eat when they used REAL ingredients and actually included it in your order.
Taco Bell you keep going downhill…. Everywhere, not just this location, although this location has been particularly bad, since the first time I ate here in 2023. Tonight was no different.
After working all day, tired, exhausted, and not wanting to cook. I stopped and ordered a Cantina bowl with no rice, which is what I have always done since it came out. Sometimes they can be pretty tasty, but not here!! This was the worst.
I called the manager after I got home, opened it up, and looked at it… to ask how much beans they normally put on a cantina bowl? She said one scoop. I said, “so that’s equal to about 1 Tablespoon?” She said, “yes that’s about it.”
The rest of the 1/2 full bowl was lettuce, and about 1 & 1/2 Tablespoons of dried out, no flavor, suspicious looking “chicken.” There was 1/2 – 1 teaspoon of cheese sprinkled around with flavorless guacamole. A couple of bites and it went in the garbage!

Lesson finally learned. 3rd time is the Charm…
Pass this one up and go to the Mexican restaurant down the street, or the Los Ponchos Taco Truck. Your dollars will buy you a much better meal!!

I ordered the #8 which is the 3 Doritos Loco Tacos and $9 Luxe box, paid $30 for this meal. They also had us waiting for almost 20 minutes and we were the first car in line, which was ridiculous! The lady that was at the window was rude! Best part yet was, when I unwrapped my tacos, I was very disappointed! The tacos didn’t even have any meat on them and was just basically just lettuce and cheese.

Ordered “Dine in”, came out in a “to go” bag. Of course you have to use a kiosk, no personal service even tho there are 5 employees milling around watching one work. When I asked why there was no silverware or napkins in the bag to eat the beans and rice I ordered, the response was, well aren’t you going to take it home? No, I’m going to sit here with my family and eat! Just like it said on the ticket, “Dine in”.
I know it sounds petty, but if I did take it to go, what are you supposed to do, lick the bowl like a dog? The reviews here are terrible, do better.

I waited over 40 minutes for my order, and when I finally asked about it, they told me it was just now being made. I had somewhere important to be and was already running late because of their delay, so I asked for a refund. After all that, they still charged me for a drink I never got. Completely unacceptable experience. I won’t be coming back.

Ordered two of the new Steak and poblano rolled quesadillas and both of them were full of peppers and little to no steak. Every bite couldn’t taste anything but peppers 0/10 would not recommend.

Seriously! Almost $4 for a lousy beefy five layer burrito. This happens too often! Despite being mostly tortilla, it was also hard and cold. Since Taco bell is one of the few fastfood joints to eat at in Monett, I keep coming back in hopes of a better experience. So instead of boycotting, I will just document my experiences from now on.

3.5 out of 5 overall. Great crunchy tacos, and dorito tacos, love the nacho fries when they have them, and sometimes good chalupas. This location in particular has a habit of leaving out part of your order(in the drive threw), and skimping on the meat. My last order had a chalupa with almost no meat, and half of it was tomatoes. Then the burrito had the rice and filling all on one end with the cheese and sauce on the other. Talk about a massive mess when I bit into it. They have been giving a lot of extra sauce lately though, so that’s a plus. The staff is normally very friendly (sometimes to much), occasionally rude but not to often.

Went through the Drive Thru around 8pm. There was one car in front of us. We ordered a Mexican Pizza and a Chalupa Combo. Drove around the building to eat and the Chalupas were cold, tough, and hard on the edges. Normally I’d have just ate them, but they were pretty much inedible. So we went back through the drive thru, this time we were the only car. My husband told the girl that we were just through and our Chalupas were, as I stated. Cold, tough, and inedible. She said nothing but, “Pull around.” We pulled around and she sticks a bag out the window. Didn’t say a word. My husband tried to give her the first ones back (which she couldn’t take, company policy, I get that) but she just says “if you don’t want them. Just trash them” No apology, no have a nice night, nothing.
We left, I opened my taco. It’s cracked to bits and a mess… No biggie, it happens. Then I opened the bag with the new chalupas and they are exactly like the first 2 we got, and only one in the bag is even wrapped in it’s wrapper. (As pictured) I seriously couldn’t bite them off they were so tough. I don’t expect gourmet from Taco Bell, but when I tell you this was ridiculous… I’m not lying.

Order was wrong. It was supposed to be a bean burrito, no onion or red sauce, with beef added.
I had to wipe the paper clean in order to get to the burrito. I wish I had taken a picture before using a dozen napkins.
There were onions and I’m guessing it’s the red sauce that was poured everywhere.
I took pictures of some of the napkins, and the paper the burrito was wrapped in AFTER being wiped clean.
