This is a $10 side order of fries. What a rip off. Not only that but I had also ordered the sampler and the two pieces of ham were about the size of a half dollar. I think we are finally done with ihop. Tippy cow gets all our breakfast business now. They know how to fill a plate!

Our food was good and our actual server was great. However the 2 hostesses up front should learn not to look at each and roll their eyes. That’s terrible customer service. I was very polite when I asked if our table was coming up soon. We waited 67 minutes from the time we put our name in. We were told 45 to 60 mins. At 67 mins I just asked if it was close. It would be better to just address the question with, “I don’t know, let me check!”, rather than rolling your eyes at someone that just waited more than an hour (and was kind and polite to you).

Server was great, but the kitchen was struggling to get the food out. Should have taken the hint from the sign posted at the door about reduced hours due to staffing issues. Once the food came out it was good, but it shouldn’t take 40 minutes to get some eggs bacon out.

Charged a dollar for a 2oz cup of ranch for fries. Prices are high. Especially beverages. Cali melt was really good. T-bone steak was super thin and ruined the birthday girls expierence.

Hands down one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences I’ve ever had. Two separate waitresses touched my newborn baby without permission. Let me be crystal clear: that is NOT okay, not cute, not friendly. It is invasive and wildly inappropriate.

The fact that this even needs to be said is embarrassing. We are talking about a newborn in a public restaurant, and apparently basic boundaries and hygiene were optional here. This completely crossed the line and instantly ruined our meal.

It is also RSV season. RSV is extremely dangerous for infants and can be deadly. Newborns have fragile immune systems, and exposing them to unnecessary physical contact from restaurant staff is reckless and unacceptable. This is basic child safety, not overreacting.

This is a massive failure on IHOP’s part. Staff should never, under any circumstances, touch a customer’s baby. Management needs serious retraining because common sense was clearly missing.

I will never return, and I strongly warn other parents to keep their guard up, because your baby’s personal space and health will not be respected here.

Food took forever to get served.
Server took a very long time to even take the order. Was considering leaving by the time she came.
When our food finaly arrived it was cold. Daughters lemonade was just water the waitress that brought it told server not to charge for it. Informed the waitress again that the lemonade must be out. She brought a new one.
Right after getting the cold food. We asked for a to go box and told her the food was cold and we would take it home to microwave. I told her it must have been sitting a long time. She admitted there was some mix ups in the kitchen.
No offer to fix it no offer to discount it. Just brought the to go container and did sorry. Still billed us for the “waterade”.
Total bill was $50.00 for a very poor experience and cold food.
The last Ihop I had went to was Bozeman. Had such poor service I hadn’t even considered going to one again. The kids picked this one and kept feeling bad afterwards.
I am normally by far the best tipper I know. On a 50.00 bill I would usualy tip 20.00 minimum and even 50% many times for great service.
Either way I tipped her the 18% which was not earned in the slightest.
No I didnt contact a manager etc. If management was doing their job then servers would know to let them know of issues so they could handle them.
Not happy spending 60.00 for a a cheap cold meal.
I do not envision ever going to an iHop again.
As I was leaving I overheard another patron telling a server they had been waiting a long time to order and we’re ready.
Only a matter of time before iHops go bankrupt for sure.

We have been going to iHop for years. The food is usually pretty good and the service has always been decent. Today was a completely different story. Food was not edible. We only took a few bites of our meals. Our server was absent. She had 2 tables including ours and we barely saw her. When we said something about the food she got snotty and went to get the manager. We finally left as we had somewhere else to be. The manager approached us as we were walking out. I tried to address the issues with the food and was told “what do want? Me to pay for it all”. We said no, paid the entire bill and left. The manager (owner) was just as rude as the server. We put our money and turned to leave as she started to literally beg us to let her pay as I am sure she is aware I will be posting a review. The food could have been forgiven but the attitudes of both the server and “manager” guarantees that we won’t be back.

tends to be over crowded and noisy but otherwise a good place to eat. Edit 4/20/25: Drinks and sides are over priced, we got a side of 4 pieces of bacon for $6.49, a 12 ounce orange juice for $5.49, a 12 ounce milk for $4.69, and a 12 ounce apple juice for $5.69. Out of our $70 meal $25 was for drinks and 4 strips of bacon

I knew I wasn’t crazy, IHOP does offer military discount discounts. This location because it’s a franchise does not. They’re choosing not to give 10 to 20% discounts to veterans which is totally fine. I think I need to take my business elsewhere at this point.
