I was there today for a drive thru order and waited 15 minutes before I had to walk in and get my order. The girl at the drive thru was nice and was visibly upset she had asked others to take the order out. When I opened my food at home the sandwiches were burned and my cappuccino tasted burned.

We always have an issue here with quality. Today I ordered a large hot coffee. Waited for a while at the window. I heard them say they were out of coffee and they must of been because they gave me a half full cup. My daughter’s ice coffee was also gross and it’s for sure not the first time. We will go out of our way now to go somewhere else. It’s one thing to mess up a drink now or then, but not every time you go. And how can you mess up FILLING a cup? At least this time they didn’t have us pull forward and wait like they usually do in order to get you out of the window so they hit their allotted time frame for service. My favorite is when they make you do it even when no one is behind you. Do better.

When I entered, no one greeted me. The Manager seem to be having a very bad day, nasty attitude and face. I needed help with the kiosk machine, but she just looked at me and kept on walking to the back after waiting eight minutes, a young man at the drive-through section indicated that he would help me by the way he was great. I didn’t catch his name but I didn’t he had no name tag any way first and last time stepping a foot at this location

Raising teenage daughters, I’ve been to plenty of Dunkin’, and I can honestly say Mulberry St is the worst one. Slow and rude. After giving my order to a worker who made it very clear she didn’t want to be there, and did not return my friendly greeting, I waited 23 minutes, in an empty restaurant, for a coffee and a bagel….. And the bagel was wrong!! I mean, come on!!

Terrible service, we live in a dystopian world where the people who are to lazy to order face to face get their order before the person standing right in front of the cashier. Took them 2 hours to make strawberry coolata. More like 25 minutes but i’m using hyperbole because i’m so angry. 0/10 don’t recommend.

Just making a stop through the drive-thru. The staff were extremely polite, and articulate – even with long lines! I had a complicated order that required a few substitutions. They made them without an issue and were extremely friendly!

Eveyone behind the county was laughing and giggling, customers were not getting served, then when I asked for cream in my coffee that I said before. They put cream in it but it’s all over my car and jacket. They didn’t have any manners

I went to Dunkin in a great mood the male order taker rushed my order, got everything except my hash browns wrong and it was done on purpose in my opinion because I voiced my last experience “my coffee was bitter last time” was all I said. I called to speak to a manager and he got on the line spoke his name so fast you couldn’t catch it and hung up on me right when I was giving him my name so he can write me down in the book to replace my bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, I paid for the bacon egg and cheese 6$ meal they did whatever he wanted to my coffee up charging me 1.40 and putting excessive amount of sugar -that I can’t have- into my coffee, when I got my messed up order the bag read bacon egg and cheese and inside was an cold croissant with a mountain of butter inside. I really want to call corporate. I went in person to pick up my sandwich and my name wasn’t even in the book. To summarize my experience the worker/ manager on shift 10/17/2025 that took care of my order @7:40 Am on mulberry street drive through was rude , and absolutely unprofessional, he didn’t document my name, I called back and told him how to spell it after him hanging up on me during my complaint. The complaint wasn’t documented, and he wouldn’t give me a supervisors name that I can speak to! And I wasn’t given a receipt! Last thing I would like to add during both my visits to the store all staff were talking about the situation out loud and unprofessionally, when I worked at Dunkin on Davis street I never worked with or encountered a store like this one they are there for the money and they don’t show quality in any one of their services, there was one supervisor that was professional and 2 drive through cashiers that handled the situation accordingly! Overall not the store you want to buy your food or coffee from!
