ive been here alot with my partner because it’s the closest mcdonalds to us.
however there are THREE other mcdonalds nearby that are
A) cheaper (check the app, prices will differ per location cause this is technically under a diff owner)
B) they wont mess up your order lol
if you order from here, there’s a 50% chance your order will be wrong in some way & the employees will eye roll. so do NOT order here if it’s a big order or if you want an easy time.
EXCEPTION; if ur a night owl & go during like 12am, theres usually 2 dudes that work there that are really good. It takes a lil longer cause understaffed but they never mess up my order. shoutout to the 2 hispanic bros carrying this place overnight cause daytime hours are horrendous

Will rip you off. Ordered the $8 nugget meal, 11/13, total was over $11. The guy working the drive thru decided to upsize my meal for me. “Oh, you wanted the medium?” That is what the meal comes with by default. Do you train your employees to upcharge and hope the customer doesn’t notice? Do you train your employees to rip people off? Avoid this location.

15 minutes to wait in drive thru hold just to receive cold food. How is that possible? Two sandwiches only in the order. Both cold. Been 1 year since I had McDonald’s. Now I remember why!

This place consistently places drive through customers in the “wait” parking spaces and they keep you there for several minutes. It happens here frequently. Otherwise the food is constant with McDonald’s standards. Please fix your drive through issues.

Go thru the drive thru to get breakfast and then go to open bag and find my breakfast sandwich barely wrapped and missing hashbrowns , don’t think I will be going back to that establishment.

Even at five in the morning, they can’t serve a good breakfast for the amount of money people pay. It is insane that you get stale bread, burnt bread, hard egg or half cooked egg or one that sat on the shelf for six hours before they handed it to you Not to mention their tea is like mud water you can’t even see through it. It’s so disgusting and yet I subject myself continuously to think it’s gonna be different every time I go there and it is not if you want a good breakfast from a McDonald’s go to the one in Johnsburg by the Kohls. Why spend the extra money and go to Dunkin’ Donuts but I gotta tell you the people in that place they don’t care about anything but chatting it up and laughing and joking. Don’t care what they serve for the amount of money you pay I cannot say enough bad stuff about this place and I really gotta Just stop going.

They are consistently slow as molasses on a frozen day, and even when the drive thru lane is empty behind you are told to pull forward or into a parking space for pickup… If it wasn’t a convenient location, I would go elsewhere

This McDonald’s is excellent. The people are great and friendly. The food is always the best version of whatever I’m getting. Hot and crispy. The manager I see around lunch is always rocking it with their crew during rushes. It’s wild having such a good experience at a fast food restaurant once let alone every time I go.
