Mucho gusto is amazing one of the best design your own dishes, restaurants. This is chipotle on steroids. The food is fresh. The food is delicious and you can get alcoholic drinks here. Atmosphere is nice, but he gets really crowded during peak hours.

Not sure why all the good reviews..First time here (1/15/26). I figured it’d be like a Baja Fresh or Chipotle, which I’ll go to a few times a year when I’m a hurry. But this place… The black beans were real watery and definitely canned. The chicken was that cheap kind.., stringy, tough and I think boiled? Seasoning was ok/ blah and portions were very small (compared to chipotle). People in line were excited to be there.. I don’t get it. It’s below mediocre at best. Maybe people like as a nostalgic thing or “local favorite” that used to be good and people just keep going? You see that phenomenon in some place . But I don’t know. , Anyway if you’re looking for a quick burrito I’d do Baja Fresh or chipotle instead. Sorry I don’t like giving bad reviews. just letting people know . this was just one person’s opinion.

I am eating keto right now and I was excited that it’s easy to make a relatively inexpensive keto option. The food is flavorful and the staff are very willing to customize certain options. I used to eat here with my vegan ex husband fairly regularly and he always left satisfied. The prices are reasonable and the restaurant is always clean.

I came in on 1 January at 430 pm. The restaurant was not busy. I ordered a burrito, and they got the beans, rice, and tofu on. Then I asked for lettuce, cabbage, cilantro, pico, corn, and avocado. They slid the burrito over, put on a little lettuce, then started serving the person behind me. I thought someone else would finish my order. But no one even noticed the half finished burrito and a woman standing there waiting. I tried three times to, politely, get someone’s attention. The woman behind me got her order finished by the same guy who had only started mine. Then he walked right over to the next person in line. At that point, I walked out. You can surely do better, but I’ll never know.

I’ve been eating here for 20 years. It’s still so good. The food is always solid, I love the salad in the chip bowl, and everyone is super friendly. They gave our daughter a small sample of tofu to see if she liked it without being asked. It’s just always a great, quick, consistent restaurant.

It was delicious, the tofu option was great as a vegan. Mucho dip comes with bottomless chips too! Easily fed both of us for lunch, was full for hours splitting it! Thanks guys.

Very impressed with this place and pleasantly surprised. It was my first time here and didn’t really know what to expect, but, was welcomed by very friendly and kind staff who explained the concept to me. I had the salad bowl and it was delicious. I will definitely be coming back and trying out different menu items. Highly recommend!!
